MISSISSAUGA, ON – (Thursday, February 21, 2013) After a short hiatus, United Boxing Promotions returns June 1st to the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, Ontario for another in their series of world class pro boxing events.
“Not only is the Hershey Centre our home, but quite frankly it’s become one of the best boxing venues in Canada,” said Don Macdonald, of United Boxing Promotions.
“The fans are passionate, knowledgeable, and very loud. They appreciate the all-action fights that have become our trademark, and appreciate just how good these fighters have become.”
Participants for the June 1st card have yet to be determined, but Macdonald promises another great night at the fights.
“Our fans have come to expect action, guts, and thrills for their hard
earned money. And as a promoter, it’s my job to keep those fans happy.”
Tickets for the June 1st event go on sale today, and are available through ticketmaster.ca.
