McWilliams Arroyo scored an explosive 2nd round stoppage over Proilan Saludar in a scheduled 12-round Flyweight bout at Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.
Arroyo landed three consecutive fights with the final being an explosive shot to the head that sent Saludar down for the 10 count at 2:25 of round two.
Arroyo, 112 lbs of Fajardo, PR is now 15-1 with 13 knockouts. Saludar, 111 1/2 lbs of Philippines is now 19-1-1.
Cesar Seda scored a 10-round unanimous decision over Alex Rangel in a Jr. Featherweight bout.
Scores were 100-90 and 99-91 twice for Seda, 121 lbs of Juna Diaz, PR and is now 26-2. Rangel, 121 lbs of Ciudad, MX is now 15-3-2.
Prichard Colon remained perfect and kept his knockout streak in tact when he scored a 5th round stoppage over Carlos Garcia a Jr. Middleweight bout.
Garcia went down in round three from a hard combination. Both guys had blood from their nose in round four. In round five, Colon dropped Garcia with an overhand right. Later in the round, Colon dropped Garcia with a short right and upon getting to his feet, the referee stopped the bout at 2:24 of round five.
Colon, Ory Corys, PR is now 10-0 with 10 knockouts. Garcia, 149 lbs Trujillo Alo, PR is now 7-13-1.
