Sensational prospect Felix Verdejo scored a 3rd round stoppage over Sergio Villanueva in a scheduled 8-round Lightweight bout at the Bahia Shrine Temple in Orlando, Florida.
Verdejo landed a perfect right hand that slumped Villanueva on the bottom rope. When he tried to get back up, Villanueva fell right back down and the fight was stopped at 1:57 of round three.

Gamalier Rodriguez scored a 2nd round stoppage over Martin Cardona in a scheduled 8-round Super Featherweight bout.
Rodriguez dropped Cardona in the first round with a perfect counter overhand right to the jaw. Rodriguez ended things quickly in round two when he landed another overhand right that sent Cardona to the ropes and after a five punch combination the fight was stopped 49 seconds into the bout.
Rodriguez, 129 lbs of Bayamon, PR is now 25-2-3 with 17 knockouts. Cardona, 128 1/2 lbs of Tucson, AZ is now 17-3.
Christopher Diaz scored a 4th round stoppage over Francisco Camacho in a scheduled 6-round Featherweight bout.
Diaz scored 2 knockdowns in the 4th round from body shots and the fight was stopped after the latter knockdown at 55 seconds of round four.
