Murat Gassiev remained undefeated by scoring a ninth round stoppage over Felix Cora Jr. in a scheduled 12-round Cruiserweight bout at the Foxwoods Resort in Mashentucket, Connecticut.

Gassiev landed a flurry of punches that hurt Cora against the ropes in the ninth rounds. Referee Johnny Callas momerterily gave Cora a second to recover but Gassiev jumped on Cora and the fight was stopped at 1:10 of round nine.

Gassiev, 197 lbs of Russia is now 21-0 with 15 knockouts. Cora, 198 lbs of Galveston, TX is now 25-7-2.

Gassiev landed 283-835 punches while Cora landed 138-524.

Ray Robinson won a 10-round unanimous decision over Sherzod Alimjanov in a Welterweight bout.

In round four, Robinson scored a knockdown when he landed a right hook while Alimjanov came in.

Robinson outlanded Alimjanov 266-114.

Robinson, 145 lbs of Philadelphia won by scores of 100-89, 99-90 and 98-91 and is now 20-2. Alimjanov, 146 lbs of Uzbekistan is now 22-3.
