Fight Network Presents Live UFC Fight Night: Condit vs. Alves Prelims, Pre & Post-Fight Coverage

Toronto – Fight Network, the world’s premier 24/7 television channel dedicated to complete coverage of combat sports, today announced extensive live programming for UFC Fight Night™: Condit vs. Alves this Saturday, May 30 from Goiania Arena in Goiania, Brazil.

Fight Network will televise the live prelims exclusively in Canada from 8 p.m. ET to 10 p.m. ET. The main card, headlined by former interim UFC welterweight champion Carlos Condit and former title challenger Thiago Alves, will air live on TSN2 at 10 p.m. ET.

The prelims of the UFC’s return to Goiania, Brazil features a featherweight showcase pitting 31-year-old Brazilian Rony Jason (14-5) against once-beaten 26-year-old Oklahoma native Damon Jackson (9-1), a pivotal flyweight matchup between red-hot 30-year-old Brazilian compatriots Jussier Formiga (17-3) and Wilson Reis (19-5), 28-year-old Brazilian sensation Elizeu Zaleski dos Santos (14-4) makes his promotional debut against undefeated 30-year-old Danish welterweight standout Nicolas Dalby (13-0), plus 26-year-old Brazilian featherweight Lucas Martins (15-2) faces one of his toughest career tests against unbeaten 24-year-old Bosnian berserker Mirsad Bektic (9-0).

Live pre-fight coverage will lead into the prelims on Saturday evening with Fight Network’s UFC Pre-Show Live at 7 p.m. ET, featuring previews, predictions and analysis. The post-fight press conference will be air live following the main card.
