Oct. 5, 2015 – Leading up to the highly anticipated world middleweight title unification showdown between Gennady Golovkin and David Lemieux – set for Saturday, October 17 and presented live by HBO Pay-Per-View® – HBO Sports will present the exclusive replay of two hard-hitting encounters that highlight the remarkable skill and power of these ring warriors.
On Friday, Oct. 9 at 12:00 a.m. (ET/PT) and Saturday, Oct. 10 at 9:00 a.m. (ET/PT), HBO2 will replay Golovkin vs. Monroe 2015 and Lemieux vs. Rosado 2014 back-to-back. This past May at The Forum in Inglewood, California, Gennady Golovkin extended his consecutive knockout streak to 20 in a row with a sixth round stoppage of Willie Monroe Jr. On December 6, 2014, David Lemieux displayed incredible resilience and ring skills against the rugged Gabriel Rosado and ended their battle in the 10th round by TKO.
Both fights will also be available 24 hours a day to HBO On Demand® and HBO GO® subscribers beginning Monday, Oct. 5.
Golovkin vs. Lemieux takes place Saturday, October 17 and will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET/ 6:00 p.m. PT.
