NEW YORK (August 10, 2018)–Undefeated Junior Middleweight prospect, Fred Wilson, Jr. (6-0, 2 KOs) returns to action when he takes on James Robinson in a six-round bout at The Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh.
The 23 year-old Wilson will be making his 1st start of the year, and the Cleveland native is taking on the 20 fight-veteran in Robinson. This will be the 8th undefeated opponent that Robinson has faced.
“I am ready to get out there, and put on a show,” said Wilson. “After the crowd sees me, I want the them to say that kid is special.”
“Cleveland is known for producing a lot of boxing talent, but many of those fighters never got an opportunity. When I scouted Fred as an amateur, he was as talented as they come. I told him and his dad, I will get him that opportunity, and Fred has not disappointed me as he has worked very hard in the gym and his record shows that by staying undefeated,” Said David McWater, CEO of Split-T Management
