PARAMUS, NEW JERSEY — March 15, 2023 — Making his pro-debut out of RidgeField Park, New Jersey, 35-year-old, Dane Guerrero will take on Quintavious Rosser in a super middleweight bout scheduled for four-rounds.

“It’s gonna be exciting,” Guerrero said leading up to Saturday April 1st, Bergen County Fight Night 3 at The Terrace & Biagios in Paramus, New Jersey.

“It’s in my backyard, so I’m looking forward to putting on a good show. I’m not gonna stop and I know the other guy isn’t gonna stop, so we’re gonna find out who’s gonna give first.”

Boxing fans across the New Jersey region are counting down the days for Guerrero to step in the ring, though locals already know of him as the owner of Combat Fitness Club located in RidgeField Park, NJ. Guerrero provides the community with training courses of one-on-one work revolving around boxing, cardio, and overall fitness.

“Boxers struggle, so what I want to do is take their expertise, and monetize it in the personal training aspect,” Guerrero said about Combat Fitness Club. “I don’t have an open gym format per say. When you come to my place you get that one-on-one attention.”

He explained how the lessons provided to the public have enhanced his own regime and skillset in the ring.

“It makes me a better fighter,” Guerrero said. “It helps me hone in on my craft as well. It allows me to learn about the different types of people that I’m dealing with. Everybody is different with different attitudes, different mindsets and different types of capabilities, so I have to be mindful of that.”

Though he is going on a late-start, Guerrero believes Bergen County Fight Night 3 is the perfect event for him to showcase his skills and prove to the youth, you can do anything your heart desires.

“It’s amazing,” Guerrero said about Abella Boxing Promotions. “It’s a great thing because it’s an outlet that was needed for local fighters and they’re really gonna take off with what they’re doing.”

“At 35, I want to let these kids know that it’s never too late. They can do whatever they want as long as they stay focused, disciplined, and dedicated to what they want to do and that goes for anything in life, not just boxing.”
