James Osborne won the 25,000-pound Heist Tournament with an opening minute destruction of Ryzard Lewicki in Hull, England.
Osborne came out in the first 10 seconds and landed a left-cross followed by a devastating right hand that spun Lewicki to the canvas. With Lewicki hurt, Osborne then landed seven more flush shots that put Lewicki down and the fight was stopped at 29 seconds.
Osborne is now 13-1 with three knockouts. Lewicki is 11-2-3.
SEMIFINALS
James Osborne won a unanimous decision over Germaine Brown.
Osborne won all cards 29-28 and is now 12-1. Brown is 15-4.
Ryzard Lweicki won a split decision over Taz Nadeem.
Lewicki won two cards 29-28. Nadeem won a card 29-28.
Lewicki is 12-1-3. Nadeem is 8-1.
QUARTERFINALS
Germaine Brown stopped Sam Smith in the first round.
In round one Brown landed a eight to the top of the head that put Smith down. Brown scored a second knockdown with another hard right. Brown dropped Smith for a third time when he landed a right and the fight was stopped at 2:24.
Brown is now 15-3. Smith, 167.3 lbs of Cornwall is 5-2-1.
James Osbrone won a unanimous decision over Harris Khan.
Osborne of Watford won by scores of 30-27 and 29-28 twice and is now 11-1. Khan, 167.4 lbs is 7-1.
\In round one, Osborne was cut around the right eye
Taz Nadeem stopped Liam O’Hare in the first round.
In the opening round, Nadeem dropped O’Hare with a powerful right in the corner. n Later in the round, Nadeem landed a left hook that drove O’Hare into the ropes that was ruled a knockdown and the towel was waved from O’Hare’s corner at 1:50.
Nadeem, 167.3 lbs of Rotherdam is 8-0 with five knockouts. O’Hare of Herofordshire 166.9 lbs is 13-2.
Ryzad Lewicki stopped Ellis Steward in the second round.
Steward began to bleed from his nose in the opening round. In round two, Lewicki laded two vicious rights on the ropes and the fight was stopped at 2:12.
Lewicki, 167,4 lbs of Manchester, ENG is 11-1-3 with five knockouts, Steward, 167,2 lbs of Essex, ENG is 12-1.
