| PHILADELPHIA, PA – CES Boxing has added another international star to its ever growing stable. The New England based promoter signed unbeaten Kazakh prospect Yevgeniy Pavlov (10-0, 8 KOs) to an exclusive promotional contract. “We’re thrilled to welcome Yevgeniy Pavlol to the CES Boxing family,” said CES Boxing President and Founder Jimmy Burchfield, Sr. “Kazakhstan has produced some of the sport’s most disciplined and exciting talents, including champlons like Gennady Golovkin, Zhanibek Alimkhanuly and Sergey Lipinets. Yevgeniy comes from that same proud boxing tradition. He’s young, hungry and undefeated, and we believe he has all the tools to become a world champion. The world will know his name very soon.” Pavlov began boxing at 7 years old and became a formidable presence in both the Sweet Science and kickboxing, fighting all over Europe as a top amateur. The 25-year-old made his pro debut in Belarus in 2020 and also fought in Russia and Kazakhstan, where he won the WBA International Super Bantamweight title in just his fifth pro bout in 2021. The road warrior made his US debut in 2022 and his last 2 fights have taken place in Mexico. Now permanently based in the United States, Pavlov settled in Phildelphia under the tutelage of Wade Hinnant at the 365 Fitness & Boxing gym. With a trainer and Tengri Sports Management in tow, all Yevgeniy needed was a promoter to guide him to a world championship. “I’m excited to sign an exclusive promotional contract with CES Boxing” said Pavlov through a translator. “Their access to great venues and commitment to keeping fighters active really stood out to me.
