DAZN, the world’s leading sports and entertainment platform, is preparing for yet another summer blockbuster, broadcasting Ring Magazine III, a monumental boxing doubleheader featuring a 12-round super middleweight fight between Ring Magazine’s No. 9-ranked Edgar “The Chosen One” Berlanga (23-1, 18 KOs)and No. 3-ranked Hamzah Sheeraz (21-0-1, 17 KOs) live on DAZN PPV this Saturday, July 12, from the iconic Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York.
The co-main event will also see No. 3-ranked and Olympic Silver Medalist Shakur Stevenson (23-0, 11 KOs)defending his WBC Lightweight Title against No. 5-ranked, Golden Boy Promotions’ William “El Camarón” Zepeda (33-0, 27 KOs) in a 12-round lightweight championship bout.
Ring III also touts a 12-round fight between Alberto Puello (24-0, 10 KOs) as he defends his WBC 140-pound title against IBF Champion Subriel Matias (22-2, 22 KOs). Light heavyweight contenders David Morrell Jr. (11-1, 9 KOs)and Imam Khataev (10-0, 9 KOs) will face off in a 10-round fight. The first fight is set to begin at 5:30 PM ET.
