Las Vegas is gearing up for an explosive night of boxing on February 21 at T-Mobile Arena, as
Barrios vs Garcia is backed by an undercard loaded with world-title stakes and explosive matchups
across multiple divisions.

Leading the charge is a Junior Welterweight World Championship showdown between Brooklyn
standout Richardson Hitchins and Mexican powerhouse Oscar Duarte for the IBF crown. Hitchins
enters his title defense undefeated with a flawless 20-0 8KOs record, most recently stopping

former lightweight champion George Kambosos Jr in the eighth round in June 2025. Challenging
him is Mexican powerhouse Oscar Duarte (30?2?1, 23 KOs), a seasoned fighter who has bounced
back with a string of victories since his 2023 loss to headliner Ryan Garcia.

Former Olympian Gary Antuanne Russell (18-1, 17 KOs) makes the first defense of his WBA Super
Lightweight world title against Japan’s unbeaten Andy Hiraoka (24-0, 19 KOs). Russell’s only loss
came in a narrow 2024 decision loss to Alberto Puello, but he bounced back on March 1, 2025,
out-boxing Jose Valenzuela over 12 rounds to claim the title.

Hiraoka counters with a perfect record and a devastating KO rate, highlighted by a ninth-round
stoppage of former interim champion Ismael Barroso in September 2024 — a statement win that
confirmed him as one of the division’s top challengers.

Frank Martin (19?1, 13 KOs) and Nahir Albright (17?2, 7 KOs) collide in a super lightweight
showdown set to light up the ring. Martin has surged into title contention with statement wins,
including a fourth-round knockout of Rances Barthelemy in December 2025 and a stoppage of
Gervonta Davis in 2024 that announced him as a rising force in the division.

Albright, the Philadelphia native, comes off a hard-fought majority decision over Kelvin Davis in
June 2025 and brings big-fight experience, including a 2023 bout with Keyshawn Davis later ruled
a no contest.

Olympic silver medalist Bektemir Melikuziev (16-1, 10 KOs) squares off with veteran Sena Agbeko
(29-4, 23 KOs) in a Super Middleweight showdown. Melikuziev has turned as a must-watch force
at 168 pounds, proving he can thrive under pressure on the big stage. Agbeko, a seasoned
knockout fighter with 23 stoppages, brings experience and unpredictability, making this clash a
potential highlight of the night.

All of this explosive action leads to the blockbuster main event where Barrios and Garcia step into
the spotlight with championship ambitions on the line. With multiple title fights, rising stars and
proven punchers filling the card, February 21 at T-Mobile Arena is promises a can’t-miss night of
boxing, producing the kind of drama only fight night in Las Vegas can deliver.
