Farmer Stops Parejo in 2

Former world champion Tevin Framer snapped a four-fight losing streak with a resounding second round knockout of Yonfrez Parejo in a eight-round junior welterweight fight at Live! Casino and Hotel in Philadelphia.

In round two, Farmer landed a perfect straight left on the chin of Parejo that sent the visitor to the canvas and the fight was over at 1:!9.

Farmer of Philadelphia is 34-9-1 with nine knockouts. Parejo of Las Vegas is 24-9-1.

Former world champion Jason Sosa came back and won a eight-round unanimous decision over Emmanuel Morales.

Scores were 80-72 and 79-73 for Sosa of Camden, NJ who is now 25-4-4. Morales of Cidra, PR is 10-10.

Everlon Still stopped previously undefeated Cali Box in a scheduled six-round super middleweight rematch.

Box controlled the opening few rounds and hurt Still in round one. Still came back in round five and dropped Box with two chopping left hands. Still scored a second knockdown with a right hook. Still then landed a five-punch flurry that caused a stoppage at 2:41.

Still of Camden, NJ is 5-2-1 with three knockouts. Box of Franklin Township, NJ is 5-1-1.

Devon Rosa made a successful pro debut with a four-round unanimous decision over Marcus DeCamp in a bantamweight bout.

The quick handed southpaw, Rosa dropped DeCamp from a jab, DeCamp made a furious rally in the final round, but it was too little, too late for him.

Rosa of Philadelphia won by scores of 39-36 on all cards and is now 1-0. DeCamp of Battle Creek, Michigan is 1-12.

Darryl Craig made a successful pro debut with a four round majority decision over Michael Ruiz in a lightweight fight.

Craig of Ocean City, NJ won by scores of 39-37 twice and 38-38 and is now 1-0. Ruiz of Toms River, NJ is 2-9-2.
