BKFC STURGIS: NIGHT OF KNOCKOUTS HIGHLIGHTS SENSATIONAL ACTION! BKFC DRAWS MASSIVE CROWD FOR THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR!
Sturgis, South Dakota (August 8, 2026) For the third straight year, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion, drew a massive crowd on Saturday at The 86th Annual Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota, featuring a sensational night of action highlighted by devastating knockouts.
Demonstrating heavyweight power in the BKFC Fight Night Sturgis main event, ‘Defiant’ Bryant Acheson, (6-0), of Billings, MT scored a blistering first round knockout of Salt Lake City, UT native Mike Jones, (3-2). Utilizing a perfectly timed right hand, Acheson drilled Jones hard to the canvas as the fight was stopped at 1:58 of the stanza.
Said the victorious Acheson, “Nobody can take my power, give me my title shot!”
Co-headlining in the heavyweight division, Bear ‘The Last Barbarian’ Hill, (3-1), of Ardmore, AL dominated in his fight with Brady Meister, (2-3), of Great Falls, MT. With battering knockdowns occurring twice in the second and twice in the third round, Hill was awarded the victory over the game Meister at :52 of the third stanza.
Alonzo ‘AAA’ Martinez, (5-1), of Omaha, NE stunningly knocked out Zeb ‘CWB’ Vincent, (3-5), of Kansas City, KS in the second round. Switching from southpaw to orthodox, Martinez sent Vincent to the canvas with a one punch, overhand right to end the fight at the :53 mark of the stanza.
Female bantamweight Shyanna ‘The Blue-Collar Brawler’ Bintliff, (2-1), of Rapid City, SD stopped Crystal ‘The Rugged Beauty’ Pittman, (3-4), of Sarasota, FL in the third round (1:12). Using a sharp shooting strategy and excellent bare-knuckle fighting technique throughout, Bintliff dropped Pittman three times in round two and twice in the third stanza to earn the hard-fought victory.
Middleweight Lucas Wright, (1-0), of Haydenville, OH impressed in his BKFC debut, defeating Bryan ‘The Iceman’ McDowell, (1-2), of Coure D’Alene, ID in an all-action five round clash.
The muscular Wright, displaying excellent forward action throughout the fight, dropped the tall and rangy McDowell in the first round. After a dynamic second round featuring excellent two-action, both fighters would hit the canvas in round three, Wright first and then McDowell.
Wright would go down again in the fifth and final round, however the judge’s awarded him a unanimous decision by scores of 47-46 twice and 48-45.
Welterweight newcomer ‘Cassius’ Clay Collard, (1-0) of Twin Falls, ID was victorious over Daniel Keepers, (0-2), of North Las Vegas, NV. Collard roughed up Keepers with hard body shots throughout prior to garnering a stoppage at 1:42 of round three.
Sioux Falls, South Dakota featherweight Traevon ‘Kid Cobra’ Kroger, (3-0), badly hurt the game Edmonton, Alberta, Canada native, KB Dubeau-Staby, (0-1), in the first round capped by one battering knockdown. The fight was stopped by the physician at the end of the initial stanza.
Middleweight Justin Walters, (1-2), of Pow County, KY looking very much improved, dropped Art Driscoll, (0-4), of Santiago D.R. four times, twice in each of the first two rounds, with the hard-hitting southpaw awarded the victory at 1:22 of round two.
Opening the show, welterweight Jason Simon, (1-0), of Sisseton, SD, quickly impressed, dropping BKFC debuting Jason Sanderson, (0-1), of Huntsville, MI with his first punch, a massive left from the southpaw. Sending Sanderson twice more to the canvas in the opening stanza, Simon would earn the stoppage at 1:18 of the first round.
