Islam Makhachev retained the UFC Welterweight title with a unanimous decision over top-ranked Ian Machado Garry at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.
Makhachev, 170 lbs of Russia made the second defense of his titles by scores of 49-46 twice and 48-47 and is now 29-1. Garry of Dublin, IRE is 17-2.

Dern Decisions Robertson; Defends Strawweight Title
Mackenzie Dern defends the UFC Strawweight title with an unanimous decision over Gillian Robertson.
Dern, 115 llbs won by scores of 49-46 twice and 48-47 and is now 17-5. Robertson, 115 lbs of Canada is 17-9.
Mackenzie Dern earns her 12th UFC strawweight win, 2nd most in UFC history (Hill, 13).
Jalin Turner Annihilates Fernandes in under a minute
Jalin Turner took out Kaue Fernandes in just 39 seconds in a lightweight fight.
Turner got Fernandes down and choked him out.
Turner is now 16-9. Fernandez is 11-3.

Stoltzfus Chokes Out Abdul-Malik in 2
Dustin Stoltzfus chokes out Mansur Abdul-Malik in a middleweight fight.
Stoltzfs landed some hard right hands and eventually got Abdul-Malik on the ground. Stoltzfus landed some ground and pound shots that eventually lead to a choke for which Abdul-Malik tapped
Stoltzfus is now 17-8. Abdul-Malik is 9-2-1.
Ribovics Stops, Retires Barboza in 2
Esteban Ribovics stopped Edson Barboza in round two of their lightweight bout.
Ribovics dominated from the opening bell. Barboza was bleeding from his shin after round one. In round two, Ribovics hurt Barboza with a hard right that drove him into the cage and the fight was stopped after big flurry.
Ribovics is 16-3. Barboza retires with a record of 24-15.
Chidii Njokuani won a unanimous decision over Joel Alvarez in a welterweight bout.
Njokuari, 171 .5 lbs is now is 16-12. Alvarez 23-5.
Charles Johnson submitted Eduado Chapolin in the third round catchweight bout.
In round two, Chapolin was deducted a point for kneeing while Johnson was down.
In round three, Johnson was able to get Chapolin down and stretch his body to make him tao.
Johnson is now 11-9. Chapolin is 15-3.
Charles Johnson earns the 5th twister submission in UFC history and the 2nd “Scottish” twister after Murtazali Magomedov’s from June.
Donte Johnson stopped over Eric Mcconico in the opening round of their middleweight bout.
Johnson dropped Mcconico with a left and he was out at 1:36.
Johnson is now 9-0 with seven knockouts. McConico is 11-5-1.
Tresean Gore won a unanimous decision over Vicente Luque in a middleweight contest.
Gore186 lbs of South Carolina won by scores of 30-27 twice and 29-28 and is now 8-4. Luque, 186 lbs of Brasila, BRA is 24-13-1.
Lucas Fernando stopped Rafael Tobias in the opening round of their light heavyweight fight.
The time was 1:20 for Fernando, 205 lbs of Brazil and is now 13-3 with seven knockouts. Tobias, 204 lbs is 14-3.
Neil Magny stopped Ramiz Brahimaj in round two of their welterweight bout.
Magny was able to drop Barhimaj in the second round and was able to land 10 straight unanswered blows and the fight was stopped at 3:20.
Magny is 32-14 with 10 knockouts. Brahimaj is now 13-7.

Jeremiah Wells scored an improbable choke win over Myktybek Oralbai in round three of their welterweight bout.
In round two, oralbai was bleeding from his nose. In round three, Oralbai dominated the fight until Wells landed a right that set up a Guillotine and Oralbai tapped at 1:24.
Wells, 171 lbs of Philadelphia is 14-4-1. Oralbai, 170.5 lbs of Sacramento via Kirgizstanis 16-3-1.
