Claressa Shields regained the WBA and WBC Middleweight title with a sixth round stoppage of Kaye Scott in front of a sold out crowd at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
In round one, Scott suffered a welt on her forehead above he left eye.
In round six, Shields landed a big left hook that set off a flurry that was finished off by a right hand that sent Scott stumbling into the ropes for a knockdown. With Scott hurt, Shields jumped on her prey and three towels were thrown in for the stoppage at 1:38.
Shields, 159.6 lbs of Flint, MI is 17-0 with four knockouts. Scott, 159.9 lbs of Sydney, AUS is 5-2-1.
Isley Decisions Hicks
Troy Isley remained undefeated with a lackluster 10-round unanimous decision over Joseph Hicks in a middleweight fights of amateur rivlas.
Isley landed 103 of 382 punches. Hicks was 99 of 250.

Ferreira Defeats Veyre By Disqualification; Wins Super Featherweight Title
Ashleyann Lozada won a 10-round unanimous decision over Paulette Cuesta in a super bantamweight fight.
Loxada landed 130 of 339 punches. Cuesta was 55 of 213.
Lozada, 121.2 lbs of San Juan, PR won by scores of 100-90 twice and 99-91 and is now 5-0. Cuesta, 122 lbs of Los Angels is 19-6-1.
Ferreira Wins Super Featherweight Title via Disqualification over Veyre
Bernice Ferreira won the WBC Super Featherweight Title with win via disqualification in round eight.
In round five, Veyre was deducted a point for holding. In round eight, Veyre was cited again and the fight was called at 1:08.
Ferreira, 129.2 lbs of Johannesburg, SA is 11-0. Veyre, 129.6 lbs of Montreal is 11-2.
