Kareem Hackett’s professional debut is in less than two weeks; but it’s a moment he has anxiously waited for in the 22 years of his life.

The 6’1 Ontario, Canada local is currently going through vigorous preparations to face a to-be-named opponent at the Powerade Center in Brampton on August 10th. After putting in so much gym work and dedicating a large amount of his teenaged-years to his sport – Hackett realizes his life currently rests on this moment.

Starting on August 10th he plans to begin transcending into greatness. Stepping into the famous Champions Boxing Gym in Ontario as only a child – people were already scoping him in as a future player at the top of the sport. After being acquitted to what is expected as a prizefighter, his skills were tweaked and tuned until he landed at the level of readiness he is at now.

While his opponent is currently unnamed; his target it set. His goal is to illustrate every bit of his quick and swift boxing skills to the crowd; he wants each and every fan, promoter, and media member to be illuminated to what he has to offer as a nonpareil 175 pound prospect. The division is hot; but with the two marquee beltholders in the weight class (Bernard Hopkins and Adonis Stevenson) both being decades older than Hackett, there is clearly a space to be filled.

No matter how long it takes him to do so; Kareem Hackett wants to reach the top. He has the physical attributes, the mental strength and consistency, a bright professional career is now just in reach. More information will be announced soon on his first pro fight.
