London (30 August) Chris Eubank Jr will take his first big step up when he clashes with undefeated Czech Republic fighter Stepan Hovarth at the Magna Centre on September 14th.

The hot middleweight star is supporting Kid Galahad vs Jazza Dickens live on Channel 5 from 8pm, and is ready to put on a “devastating” show against the dangerous 11-0 Hovarth.

“The fans want to see wars, they want to see big punches, they want to see skill, they want to see everything, so I’m going to put it all on display for those guys and for the viewers on Channel 5 on September 14th,” Eubank Jr said.

“It’s going to be devastating.”

Hovarth, 30, is a determined and dangerous opponent, boasting a professional record of 11 straight wins with zero losses.

The former Czech middleweight champion will certainly not be looking for anything less than a win, but Team Eubank are confident of coming out on top.

“The better the opponent, the better Christopher is – he rises to the competition,” Eubank Sr said

“This is exactly the type of opponent he needs – he’s an undefeated fighter and this will allow Christopher to shine just a little more.

“You can expect a textbook performance, but then again, he may just let his spirit go and rip him to pieces.”

The son of the legend, Eubank Jr, 23, contests his 11th fight as a professional, having won all 10 to date and he is eager to get in there and deliver his third straight stoppage in as many fights.
