DETROIT (December 8, 2025 ) — Salita Promotions today announced the signing of Flint, Mich., standout boxer Garett “Baby Gee” Rice, a decorated amateur talent fighting out of the legendary Berston Field House, the same Flint boxing institution that helped launch the rise of two-time Olympic gold medalist and undisputed world champion Claressa Shields. Rice will make his professional debut on Saturday, December 20 at the historic Fox Theatre in Detroit, on a card headlined by the WBC and WBA Unified Middleweight World Championship rematch between Olivia Curry (7-2-2, 2 KOs) and Kaye Scott (4-1-1) and featuring Detroit’s own Tony “Super Bad” Harrison (30-4-1, 21 KOs) in the co-main event.

The BIG TIME BOXING USA event, sponsored by M Select Luxury Water, Generations, and BETOnline, takes place Saturday, December 20 at Detroit’s historic Fox Theatre, and will stream live on the global leader of boxing, DAZN. Doors open at 5 p.m. with the first fight scheduled for 6 p.m., leading into the DAZN telecast beginning at 9 p.m. The card is presented by Salita Promotions, with tickets available now at 313Presents.com and Ticketmaster.com.

Rice, 22, enters the professional ranks following an exceptional amateur career that included more than 170 bouts and championship wins across the country. A slick featherweight known for his speed and technical skill, Rice compiled multiple Silver Gloves titles (2015, 2016), a Junior Olympic championship, Michigan Golden Gloves state championships (2017, 2018), and the 2024 Ohio State Golden Gloves title. His résumé also features victories at the USA Eastern and Western Qualifier Championships (2017), and numerous Most Outstanding Fighter awards, and a run as the No. 1 amateur in the nation for multiple years. Rice most recently qualified for and competed in the 2023 U.S. Olympic Trials.

Trained under veteran coach Ed Kendall, Rice has long been a fixture at Berston Field House, where he trained alongside Shields throughout his amateur career. The Flint native carries his hometown’s–and home gym’s–fighting spirit into his professional debut.

“Turning pro feels like the start of a new chapter,” Rice said. “I learned a lot from the amateurs how to stay patient, how to place my shots, how to think in the ring. Now it’s about sharpening that and building real momentum. I want to be 7-0 by the end of 2026.”

Rice’s placement on the December 20 card marks a meaningful introduction to fans. Scheduled as the third bout of the night, Rice will hit the ring early, giving fans a reason to be in their seats when the action starts.

NEW YORK CITY – 8 DECEMBER, 2025:HE Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority has today confirmed that the iconic Madison Square Garden will play host to ‘The Ring 6’ world title showdown between Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson on Saturday, January 31.

And the main event fighters will meet at the legendary venue this Wednesday, December 10, at a launch Press Conference in New York City, starting at 1pm – media can apply here to attend HERE.

The January 31, 2026, extravaganza is brought to fight fans by SELA and Matchroom Boxing, and will be broadcast live, exclusively worldwide on DAZN.

Brooklyn’s Lopez (21-1, 13 KOs) will be putting his WBO and The Ring Junior-Welterweight titles on the line when he takes on current WBC Lightweight World Champion Stevenson, stepping up to 140 for the first time.

The thrilling matchup at the start of 2026 will serve as a fourth title defense for ‘The Takeover’ Teofimo as he looks to extend his six-fight winning streak following his most recent victory, a unanimous decision win over the previously undefeated Arnold Barboza Jr during The Ring’s historic Fatal Fury Times Square card last May.

For Shakur, who will also be fighting just a few miles from his hometown of Newark, New Jersey, this represents an opportunity to become a four-weight world champion. 

The southpaw’s most recent fight came just two months after Teofimo’s triumph, when he claimed a unanimous decision win against mandatory challenger William Zepeda to retain his WBC lightweight belt during July’s stacked Ring III event at Louis Armstrong Stadium in New York.

The pair will meet this Wednesday at the legendary Madison Square Garden – the fabled boxing venue which has hosted some of the most iconic fight nights in the history of the sport, including the 1971 ‘Fight of the Century’ between late Heavyweight greats Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier.

Lamont Roach Jr. and Isaac Cruz fought to a 12-round majority draw in a tough fight for the WBC Interim Super Lightweight title at the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas.

In round three, Cruz landed a left hook that sent Roach sprawling and his left glove hit the canvas for a knockdown. +

In round seven, Cruz was deducted a point for hitting on the hip.

Cruz landed 1599 of 544 punches. Roach was 191 of 467.

Cruz, 138.6 lbs of Mexico City is 28-3-2. Roach of Washington, DC is 25-1-3.

“I knew he would stand his ground and go toe-to-toe, but I know how to box too,” said Cruz. “People don’t realize I can box.”

“Hats off to ‘Pitbull,’” said Roach. “He’s a great champion himself. I gave the fans a great fight. Back to the drawing board.”

“All I want is a fair shake,” said Roach. “I think I should have won a close victory. All I want is a fair shake. That’s it…I don’t know what I got to do. I don’t accept this at all. I clearly thought I won a close fight. I’m tired of this.”

“I did my job,” said Cruz. “I did my work. The ref was on his side. The judges too. The crowd in San Antonio saw I won this fight…Absolutely I’d do a rematch. With a different referee who is not on his side. The referee took this fight from me.”

Foster Decisions Fulton to Win Interim Lightweight Crown

Junior Lightweight titlist O’Shaquie Foster won a 12-round unanimous decision over featherweight World champion Stephen Fulton to win the WBC Interim Lightweight title.

Foster landed 191 of 600 punches. Fulton was 56 of 438.

Foster, 130 lbs of Houston, TX won by scores of 119-109,118-110 and 117 -111 and is now 24-3. Fulton, 132 lbs of Philadelphia was 2 pounds overweight for the 130 lb. bout is now 23-2.

“The game plan was to stay smart, stay sharp and get him out of there in the later rounds,” said Foster. “But he’s a damn good fighter and a veteran and he knew how to survive.”

“I want Shakur Stevenson,” said Foster. “I’ve been saying it for the longest. But it looks like he’s gonna fight at 140. So I have to choose either 130 or 135. I’ll see what happens and make a decision.”

Lara Decisions Gonzalez; Retains Middleweight Title

Erislandy Lara retained the WBA Middleweight title with a unanimous decision over late-replacement Johan Gonzalez.

Late in round 12, Lara landed three straight lefts that put Gonzalez on the canvas.

Lara.159.6 lbs of Houston won by scores of 120-108, 119-107 and 118-108 and is now 32-3-3. Gonzalez, 158.6 lbs of Las Vegas, took the fight after unified world champion Janibek Alimkhanuly failed a drug test is now 36-5.

“Gonzalez came to fight and he came to win,” said Lara. “We knew him a little bit, so we were ready for that and we made the adjustments we needed to make. He was a tough opponent who had a great opportunity in front of him, but we executed the game plan.”

“I spend all my time at the gym, so I had no problem being ready for this fight,” said Gonzalez. There are no excuses, but I did feel that Lara didn’t come to fight me the way he said he would.

“I felt a little uncomfortable in the first few rounds,” said Gonzalez. “The first knockdown was a punch and a slip. The second was a clean shot from Lara.”

“I showed the world that I’m 42-years-old and I’m still at the top of my game,” said Lara. “I can compete with the best. I don’t care at all about Janibek and I don’t wanna talk about him anymore.” 

Ramos Decisions Mosley Jr. To Win Interim Middleweight Title

Jesus Ramos Jr. won a 12-round unanimous decision over Shane Mosley Jr. to win the WBC Interim Middleweight title.

Ramos landed 201 of 613 punches. Mosley was 210 of 573.

Ramos, 159.8 lbs of Casa Grande, AZ won by scores of 117-111 twice and 116-112 and is now 24-1. Mosley, 159.6lbs of Pomona, CA is 22-5.

“I was just being myself,” said Ramos. “I’m not gonna lie, it was tough. I actually had a right hand injury the last three weeks of camp. We didn’t spar for the last four weeks. So it was tough to get my timing. I would catch a rhythm and lose it. I faced a lot of obstacles but I told my family there was no way I was leaving San Antonio without a belt.”

“It was a hell of a fight,” said Mosley. “Thanks to Ramos and everyone who made this fight happen. He was the man tonight. I’ll be back and be better.”

“He never hurt me but he did surprise me,” said Ramos. “I never felt rocked, but I was surprised. He hit me with shots I wasn’t expecting. But I never felt like my legs weren’t there.”

“In those last few rounds I just kept remembering the Erickson Lubin fight,” said Ramos. “I kept getting flashbacks and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. I kept pushing and pushing. I was in a dark place in that 10th round. I was tired, but I knew it would be worth it when the final bell rang. 

“I want Carlos Adames. He’s the full champion. I don’t want the interim belt, I want the champion.”

Former world title challenger Frank Martin scored a devastating fourth round stoppage over former two-division world champion Rances Barthelemy in a 10-round junior welterweight bout.

In round two, Barthlelemy was cut above the right eye. In round four, Martin dropped Barthelemy with an overhand left. Moments later, Martin landed a perfect left to the jaw that put Barthelemy down and out at 2:56

“Man, it felt good,” said Martin after his first fight with trainer Buddy McGirt in his corner. “I felt more comfortable at this weight. I still got my speed. I felt strong. I felt better than my two fights before this. It took me a little time to warm up and get going but, then I saw the shot we’ve been working on. That’s why I took my chance and landed it.

“I feel like I got slept on. I took one loss. It’s a new era. I’m here and I’m back. No disrespect to any of the main event fighters, but I’ll fight any of them next.”

Martin, 139.4 lbs of Indianapolis, IN is 19-1 with 13 knockouts. Barthelemy, 139.8 lbs of Las Vegas is 30-4-1.

Isaac Lucero stopped Roberto Valenzuela Jr. in round eight of their 10-round super welterweight bout.

In round one, Lucero dropped Valenzuela with a clubbing right.

In round eight, Lucero landed a hard right that drove Valenzuela back to the ropes. Lucero then land five more crushing head shots just before the bell sounded and referee Mark Nelson stopped the bout at 2:59.

Lucero, 153.8 lbs of Le Paz, MEX is now 18-0 with 14 knockouts. Valenzuela, 154 lbs of Aqua Prieta, MEX is 31-6.

Luis Nunez won a 10-round unanimous decision over Hector Sosa in a featherweight bout.

In round seven, Nunez began to bleed from the nose.

Nunez, 126 lbs of Puerto Plata, DR won by scores of 98-92, 97-93 and 96-94 and is now 22-0. Sosa, 1256 lbs of Buenos Aries, ARG is 18-3.

Shabaz Masoud won a 10-round unanimous decision over Peter McGrail in a super bantamweight bout in Monte Carlo.

Maoud, 121.9 lbs of Stoke-on-Trent, ENG won by scores of 116-111, 115-112 and 114-113 and is now 15-0. McGrail, 121.7 lbs of Liverpool, ENG is 12-2.

Turhan Stops Ferreira in 5 To Win IBF Lightweight Title

Elif Nur Turhan stopped Beatriz Ferreira in round five to win the IBF Lightweight title.

In round one, Turhan dropped Ferreita with a hard right right. Seconds later, another big right dropped Ferreira for a second time. In round five Turhan landed a booming right that sent Ferreira into the corner that set off a 14 punch flurry where several flush head shots that put Ferreira down. Ferreira got to her feet but the fight was stopped at 1:08.

Turhan, 134.3 lbs of Istanbul, TUR is 12-0 with eight knockouts. Ferreira, 134.6 lbs of Salvador, BRA is 8-1.

Fisher Stops Balaz in 4

Johnny Fisher stopped previously undefeated Ivan Balaz in round four of their 10-round heavyweight bout.

In round two, Fisher was docked a point for a low blow. In round four, Fisher scored a knockdown when he landed a left to the head. Fisher scored a second knockdown with another right. Seconds later, Fisher ended the fight with a hard right that put Balaz down to a knee and the fight was stopped at 1:19.

Fisher, 242.1 lbs of Romford, ENG is 14-1 with 12 knockouts. Balaz of Prague, CZE us 7-1.

Walker Stops McCormack in 12th

Conah Walker stopped previously undefeated Pat McCormack in the 12th and final round of their welterweight bout.

In round 12, McCormack was bleeding from around his left eye. Later in the round, Walker landed an unrelenting flurry that put McCormack through the ropes. McCormack tried to beat the count, but was unable at 2:16.

Walker, 146.9 lbs of Wolverhampton, ENG is 17-3-1 with eight knockouts. McCormack, 147 lbs of Wasminson, ENG is 8-1.

Sean McComb stopped previously undefeated Hugo Micallef in round eight of their 10-round juniorr welterweight bout.

In round three, McComb dropped Micallef with a straight left to the head.

In round six, McComb dropped Micallef with a left to the body. In round eight, McComb landed another left on the ropes that put Micallef down and the fight was stopped at 2:35.

McComb, 139.7 lbs of Belfast, NI is 21-2 with six knockouts. Micallef, 138.9 lbs of Monte Carlo, MON is 11-1.

SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA – Undefeated welterweight Jacob Macalolooy ends the longest layoff of his pro career as he meets his toughest test to date in once-beaten Angel Munoz in the six-round main event of the BXNG TV-broadcasted “Brawl in the Bay” on Saturday night at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in nearby Pleasanton, California. Fighters weighed-in for the seven-bout card, presented by Elite Underdog Promotions, at Benjamin’s Boxing in San Ramon on Friday morning. 

Macalolooy (9-0, 4 KOs) of Union City, California was kept away from the ring over the last 13 months due to the business side of the sport, as it was not anything physical that delayed the rise of the unbeaten welterweight prospect. After fighting five times over the previous two years, Macalolooy has only seen two rounds of competitive ring action thus far in 2025, as he took part in the Team Combat League, fighting two, one-round fights on June 27th in Arizona. 

“It wasn’t up to me,” said Macalolooy regarding his year away from traditional ring action. “I’ve been trying to fight all year. I was signed with another promoter and ended that contract at the beginning of the year. Then I floated around as a free agent, trying to pick up some fights. I came real close, started a camp and everything. When that didn’t happen, I ended up fighting for the TCL for the Phoenix Fury team, but it was just a couple rounds, nothing really serious. But I stayed ready and I had this fight on my radar. They had it set pretty far out, so I knew I was going to finish my year fighting here, but I didn’t know it would be my only fight of the year.”  

Hoping to derail the local favorite’s return, Angel Munoz (7-1, 5 KOs) of San Bernardino, California saw his undefeated rise derailed inside the ring earlier this year. Munoz will be looking to rebound from his only professional defeat, a six-round unanimous decision to well-regarded David Whitmire this past March at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Munoz, who began his career with three straight knockouts, is a formidable opponent for a local prospect coming back from over a year away and that is by Macalolooy’s design. 

“I am always looking for good fights,” says Macalolooy. “I am never looking to pad my record and take the easy way out. I am trying to push my way up the rankings and get closer and closer to being a contender and getting a title shot. Once they put [Munoz] in front of me, I said, ‘Perfect. Let’s run it.’” 

Macalolooy, a few inches shorter than his fellow southpaw opponent, weighed-in at 148 ½-pounds, while Munoz scaled 146 ½.

An otherwise cordial weigh-in saw a spike in excitement during the face-off between light heavyweights Kumar Prescod and Isaac Johnson, who will fight in a four-rounder on Saturday night. 

Prescod (3-0-1, 3 KOs) of Oakland, California was last in the ring on August 16th when an unfortunate clash of heads brought an unsatisfying end to his night. Prescod was dominant through two completed rounds against Michael Nelson, but along the way an accidental headbutt had opened up a cut above Nelson’s eye. Prior to the start of the third, the fight was called on the advice of the ringside physician, resulting in a technical draw. 

Johnson (4-15-1, 1 KO) of Denver, Colorado presents the most experienced opposition Prescod has seen early in his promising career. When Johnson turned professional in 2015, Prescod was eight-years-old. While it is questionable what type of power he carries at light heavyweight, Johnson has only been stopped four times in his fifteen career defeats. 

Things got heated during the ceremonial weigh-in after some trash talk turned into a shoving match initiated by Prescod. The two were quickly separated, but continued their vocal disagreement before being further removed from each other. According to Johnson, the beef stems from the circumstances of Prescod’s weight. The bout had originally been contracted for 172-pounds. Johnson was not informed of Prescod’s inability to make the weight until the morning of the weigh-in and agreement came to pass just before it took place. By the time they hit the scales for the official weigh-in, which took place before their shoving match during the ceremonial one, Prescod weighed-in at 176-pounds, while Johnson, who turned pro at lightweight, scaled 174. 

Making his U.S. debut, exciting power-punching junior welterweight Rob Gutierrez Jr. (2-0, 2 KOs) of San Jose, California takes on Imer Lima (1-0-1, 1 KO) of Los Angeles, California in a four-round bout on Saturday. Gutierrez, trained out of Benjamin’s Boxing by former world champion James Page and Ali Benjamin, scaled 141 ½-pounds on Friday, while Lima, also making his stateside debut, scaled 140. 

Both looking to nab their first professional victory, Johnie Williams (0-0-1) of Suisun City, California takes on Terrence Coleman (0-1) of New York, New York in a bout contested just over the super middleweight limit and scheduled for four rounds. Williams, whose name has appeared on a few Northern California bout sheets over the last couple years before his fight ultimately falls off, is coming off of a majority draw in Stockton in May. Coleman came up short against a tough assignment in his pro debut, ironically on the same day Williams fought, falling to Ethan Smith, who is now 4-0 with three knockouts. Williams scaled 170 ½-pounds, while Coleman made 171 ½-pounds. 

In an intriguing super featherweight fight, Tiare Womack (2-0, 2 KOs) takes on Danna Pineda (1-0) of Orosi, California in a four-rounder. Womack, who trains out of Benjamin’s Boxing in San Ramon, where the weigh-in was held, thrilled the fans at the Alameda County Fairgrounds by scoring a devastating first-round knockout over six-fight veteran Lauren Michaels in her pro debut this past May. Pineda turned pro with a four-round unanimous decision over Tanishia Lopez in Merced, California on September 12th. Womack and Pineda, two fighters with some amateur accolades to their credit, both scaled 129 ½-pounds. 

Making their professional debuts, Colin Madlangbayan of Hayward, California will take on Ralie Gulley of Fresno, California in a four-round lightweight bout. Madlangbayan, who often can be found sparring at Benjamin’s Boxing, offered his hand in sportsmanship after a long stare down, but Gulley refused to oblige. Both fighters scaled the same 133 ½-pounds. 

Making his U.S. debut, Danny Belloso Jr. (1-0, 1 KO) of Modesto, California will take on Antonio Ferrel (0-2) of Santa Rosa, California in the four-round super bantamweight opener on Saturday night. Belloso, who turned professional in Mexico at age 17 this past March, scaled 121 ½-pounds, while Ferrel, taking on his third straight tough assignment, weighed-in at 123-pounds even.

MONTREAL, December 5, 2025 — Eye of the Tiger will kick off 2026 with a bang on February 5, presenting an event headlined by Albert Ramirez’s first defense of his WBA Interim Light-Heavyweight World Title at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal.

In August 2025, Albert Ramirez (22-0, 9 KOs) captured the WBA Interim Light-Heavyweight crown by stopping the No. 9-ranked contender Jerome Pampellone in the 7th round of a DAZN-broadcast fight held in Benghazi, Libya. This victory capped off a spectacular year for the Rio Olympian, who had also stopped Asian champion Michael Flannery and Croatian contender Marko Calic in 3 and 2 rounds respectively, in Montreal. With David Benavidez moving up to the cruiserweight division (200 lb), Ramirez intends to prove he is the man to beat at 175 lb.

“We have no doubt that Albert Ramirez has everything it takes to collect several more belts. From his very first world title defense, we intend to send a clear message to the light-heavyweight division — and with the opponent we’ll be announcing shortly, I can assure you that message will be heard,” stated EOTTM president Camille Estephan.

“After winning this belt far from home, in Libya, I feel privileged to be able to defend it in Montreal, where I feel at home and where boxing fans always welcome me as such,” said world champion Albert Ramirez.

Several other titles will also be on the line on the undercard. Two-time Olympian and WBC Continental Americas & IBF Intercontinental lightweight champion Dzmitry Asanau (11-0, 5 KOs) will defend his titles that same night. Canadian Olympian and top-10 world super-lightweight contender Arthur Biyarslanov (20-0, 16 KOs) will make the 5th defense of his NABF title. Montreal-based Rio Olympian and top-15 world light-heavyweight contender Mehmet Unal (14-0, 12 KOs) will return to defend his WBC Continental Americas belt.

To add the fifth olympian to the show, Canadian medalist Wyatt Sanford (5-0, 2 KOs) will also be in action at the Casino de Montréal . The pride of Thetford Mines, Thomas Chabot (11-1, 8 KOs), will try to get back on the winning track. And, opening the show, EOTTM prospect Erik Israyelyan (4-0, 2 KOs) will aim to start the year — and the show — with a strong performance.

Trenton, NJ (December 3, 2025)–CB Promotions will stage it’s first fight card on Tuesday night, January 13th at The UFC Gym North Brunswick in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

The card will be the first show of the Tuesday Night at the Fights series that will be a monthly series that will take place in East Coast venues.

In the main event, local favorite Shinard Bunch 21-3-1, 17 KOs of Hamilton, New Jersey takes on John Paul Manalong in a 10-round junior welterweight bout.

Bunch, 26, is a six-year pro and has wins over Shyngyzkhan Tazhibay (9-0) and former world title challenger Hank Lundy. Bunch is coming off a decision loss to Starling Castillo on August 15th in Plant City, Florida.

Manalong of Bogota, Colombia via the Philippines is 14-2 with eight-knockouts. The 37-year-old is a three year pro. He is coming off a loss to Mack Allison IV on December 14, 2024 in Baltimore.

In the co-feature, Arnold Gonzalez (18-1, 9 KOs) takes on Michael Lee (11-3, 7 KOs) of Newark, NJ in a welterweight bout.

SAN ANTONIO – December 3, 2025 – Rising super middleweight prospect Daniel Blancas will face William Townsel in an eight-round attraction that highlights a non-televised undercard loaded with unbeaten prospects this Saturday, December 6 from Frost Bank Center in San Antonio.

The show is headlined by a star-studded PBC Pay-Per-view event on Prime Video featuring Mexican star and former world champion Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz stepping into the ring against reigning WBA Super Featherweight World Champion Lamont Roach for the Interim WBC Super Lightweight Title in the main event.

With a Downtown Los Angeles backdrop, Ace * Mission Studios will serve as host for the highly anticipated WBC World Cruiserweight Championship rematch between reigning champion Badou Jack (29-3-3, 17 KOs) and former titleholder Noel Mikaelian (27-3, 12 KOs), two of boxing’s elite who have been fixtures in the world and Ring Magazine rankings for over a decade.

Prior to the main event grudge match, budding San Diego-based prospect Jonny Mansour (5-0, 2 KOs) squares off against Mexico’s Marc Antonio Juarez Rodriguez (12-9-3, 5 KOs) in the co-featured event. A star in the making, Mansour prepares to make his third outing in 2025 on Saturday, Dec. 13. This past May, Mansour headlined the debut Championing Mental Health card in a fight bigger than himself. While pitching an impressive shutout against Christian Avalos, his mother was battling stage four cancer. In a monumental night for the undefeated contender, Mansour dedicated the victory to his mother, who tragically passed just days later. Now, 25-year-old Mansour is poised to build upon his momentum on one of the biggest fight cards of the year against the experienced Rodriguez.

In a family affair, Mansour’s cousin and highly touted amateur turned pro, Julius Ballo (1-0), is set to make his sophomore appearance as a professional. Boasting a staggering amateur record of 52-8, Ballo has proven to be one of the most exciting young fighters in the lightweight division. With multiple international gold medals under his belt, Ballo made his professional debut this past July at the Madison Square Garden Theater, a test he passed with a unanimous decision victory. Having traveled all over the country with his older cousin to compete in amateur events, Ballo and Mansour will have the opportunity to compete together for the first time as professionals. Powerlifting sensation turned boxer Tristan Hamm (1-2, 1 KO) is slated to continue his fighting career as he takes on Miami’s knockout artist Robert Daniels Jr. (8-2, 7 KOs) in the co-featured event. With over two million followers on Instagram, Canada’s Hamm made headlines when he delivered a brutal knockout victory over Logan Paul look-alike Rodney Petersen in 2024. So much so that he challenged former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell last year. Returning to the ring after controversial decision loss to Ashley Fongho of the world-famous pop group Rak-Su – which Hamm is protesting – the social media powerhouse plans on showcasing an action-packed fight against Daniels Jr.

In a rematch taking place just two months after their first meeting, Costa Mesa, Calif.’s Hayley Jordan (0-1) looks to earn her first professional victory against Dallas’ Chantal Sumrall (1-2-1). Meanwhile, Pomona, Calif. native Angel Lozano (7-0, 5 KOs) returns to action against the Nevada-born Mario Hernandez (2-2-1) in a light heavyweight bout. In a super flyweight attraction, Hesperia, Calif.’s Abel Alba (2-0) will welcome Malcolm Franklin (2-1) back to action as Franklin enters this contest after a 15-year hiatus.

“I think the world of Hebert,” continued Jonas. “Check him out. And Espadas is no slouch. Earlier this year, Sadriddin Akhmedov was considered a hot, undefeated prospect and Espadas fought him to a draw, right in his home state. This fight will let us all take a good look at the gold medalist and see what he really has in the pros. Hebert is fun to watch and we have him on the fast track. If he wins this fight, he will have a big year ahead of him.”

A proven knockout puncher, 30-year-old Ramon Cardenas is best known for his most recent fight, a valiant stand against pound-for-pound undisputed super bantamweight champion Naoya Inoue in May of this year, where he ultimately lost by technical knockout in the eighth round but famously knocked down the formidable champion in the second.

Formerly rated #5 in the world, Cardenas had won 14 consecutive fights before facing Inoue, including three consecutive electrifying appearances on ProBoxTV: a TKO 6 over Israel Rodriguez Picazo (then 30-5) to win the WBC Fecarbox Championship in February of last year, a KO 9 over Jesus Ramirez Rubio (then 22-2-3) to win the WBA Continental Latin American Championship in April of last year, and a unanimous decision over Bryan Acosta to defend his Continental American belt in February of this year. Cardenas also famously knocked out out formerly undefeated Panamanian Rafael Pedroza in the second round in one of the final ShoBox: The New Generation episodes ever.

“Training is going great,” said Cardenas. “I’m training with Manny Robles in LA and he’s a great match for me. We are fixing mistakes I’ve been making in the past, patching them up. I don’t really like watching tape of my opponents, so I don’t know much, but he has to adjust to me like I have to adjust to him. I’ve always said you can fight the same guy 100 times and every time will be different any way. People are expecting me to do good now, so I have a responsibility to show the fans that my fight with Inoue wasn’t a ‘one hit wonder.’”

Against Cardenas, 25-year-old Erik Robles will be having his first fight in the United States after turning professional in 2019 and spending his career in Mexico and the UK. The powerful slugger is best known for winning the IBO World Super Bantamweight Championship against formerly undefeated Lee McGregor (then 12-0-1) via unanimous decision in July 2023 and winning the WBO NABO Super Bantamweight Championship with a unanimous 10-round decision over Cesar Vaca Espinoza (then 16-0-1) in his very next fight in December 2023.

“Training’s going great,” said Robles. “We’ve been sparring with boxers like Christian Cruz, Logan Hernandez, Chino Quintana, and others. We’ve also added pool training to our preparation, which is a bonus and something different from what we normally do. We know Cardenas is an elite fighter with excellent technique and tremendous power. We all saw his performance against Inoue, and that’s keeping us on high alert to continue preparing for what’s coming on December 18. It’s a fight where anything can happen. He’s a dangerous fighter, and so am I. The difference between us is that I have nothing to lose.”

Before turning professional in 2022, 27-year-old Hebert Conceicao won a middleweight gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and took bronze in the 2019 World Amateur Championships.

In just nine professional fights, Conceicao has already beaten two Brazilian countrymen and 2012 London Olympics medal-winning brothers, Esquiva and Yamaguchi Falcao. In June 2024, in just his sixth fight, Conceicao won a unanimous 10-round decision over younger brother and Silver Medalist Esquiva Falcao and, in his most recent ring appearance in September of this year, repeated the feat against older brother and Bronze Medalist Yamaguchi Falcao to win the Brazilian (CNB) and WBO Latino Super Middleweight Championships.

In his lone ProBoxTV appearance to date in May of this year, Conceicao stopped iron-chinned Rowdy Legend Montgomery in two one-sided rounds.

Better than his record, Montgomery had previously taken the undefeated 0 from Kareem Hackett (then 12-0) via KO 3, as well as gone the distance with world-ranked contender Elijah Garcia, former NABO Champion Steven Nelson, former world title challenger Maciej Sulecki and undefeated prospect Jonathan Esquivel (7-0) before running into Conceicao’s heavy hands.

35-year-old Elias Espadas hails from Merida, Yucatán, Mexico. A 13-year professional, Espadas won the WBC FECARBOX Middleweight Championship in 2017 by beating Alan Carrillo via KO 2 and took the WBO Latino Middleweight Title in his very next fight the following year by knocking out Felipe Santos Pedroso in three rounds.

Most recently, Espadas fought to a 10-round majority draw with undefeated Sadriddin Akhmedov in April and then lost an abbreviated five-round technical decision to streaking Irish prospect Callum Walsh in June, when the fight was stopped before it really got started in the fifth round, due to an accidental headbutt.

The night’s televised undercard will consist of a 10-round super lightweight battle between hungry contenders “Marvelous” Mykquan Williams (22-1-2, 11 KOs) of East Hartford, Connecticut, and Jair “Kaiser” Valtierra (18-3, 9 KOs) of Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, as well as an eight-round middleweight slugfest as part of ProBoxTV’s Future Stars Series between Las Vegas via Camaguey, Cuba’s Yojanler Martinez (5-0-1, 2 KOs) and Joeshon “Shontime” James (9-1-2, 5 KOs) of Sacramento.

“It’s a deep card overall,” said Garry Jonas. “Mykquan Williams vs. Jair Valtierra could be the co-main event. That’s a hell of a fight. Williams will be looking to come back from his first career loss, so Valtierra will tell the tale if he’s got what it takes. It’s ‘do or die’ for Mykquan. Is he a contender or not? And Yojanler Martinez vs. Joeshon James is a fun fight. Martinez is a ‘balls to the wall’ kind of fighter, while James is also back from his first loss. SAN ANTONIO – December 2, 2025 – WBA Middleweight World Champion Erislandy “The American Dream” Lara will defend his world title against hard-hitting challenger Johan Gonzalez as part of a loaded four-fight PBC Pay-Per-View event available on Prime Video this Saturday, December 6 from Frost Bank Center in San Antonio.

Lara was originally scheduled to face unified champion Janibek Alimkhanuly, who was pulled from the fight after failing a VADA anti-doping test.

The pay-per-view is headlined by Mexican star Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz taking on reigning WBA Super Featherweight World Champion Lamont Roach for the Interim WBC Super Lightweight Title. The showdown between two-division world champion Stephen Fulton Jr. and WBC Super Featherweight World Champion O’Shaquie Foster will now serve as the co-main event.

The Lara vs. Gonzalez fight will follow the pay-per-view opener between rising Mexican star Jesus “Mono” Ramos Jr. and top contender Shane Mosley Jr. for the Interim WBC Middleweight Title beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.

Lara (31-3-3, 19 KOs) has been dominant in his run at 160-pounds, showing off his ability to go toe-to-toe and end a fight with one punch, after establishing himself as one of boxing’s best technical fighters throughout the first part of his career. His last fight saw one of the best performances of his career as he stopped the durable former two-division world champion Danny Garcia in September 2024. He captured his WBA title with a first-round knockout of Thomas LaManna in May 2021, before KO’ing Gary O’Sullivan and Michael Zerafa. Prior to his middleweight exploits, Lara was the longest reigning 154-pound world champion before he lost a tough split-decision to Jarrett Hurd in a 2018 title unification match that earned “Fight of the Year” from the BWAA. Lara returned from that fight and battled former 154-pound world titleholder Brian Castaño to an exciting draw in another narrow fight that could have gone Lara’s way. He faced a slew of the top 154-pounders in the sport, including Canelo Álvarez, ahead of his middleweight debut.

A native of Valencia, Venezuela who now trains in Las Vegas, Gonzalez (36-4, 33 KOs) earned a career-best victory in his last outing as he used his power-punching prowess to best former unified champion Jarrett Hurd in March on Prime Video. Prior to that fight, Gonzalez had dropped an October 2024 showdown with rising star Yoenis Tellez. He had previously recovered from a May 2024 defeat against top contender Jesus Ramos by stopping Ivan Herrera in two rounds in August of last year. Gonzalez made his stateside debut in 2023, earning a pair of victories in the U.S. by first stopping Ricardo Ruben Villalba in August before defeating Guido Emmanuel Schramm in November. The 34-year-old won those fights following a close 2022 decision defeat to former world title challenger Magomed Kurbanov. A pro since 2017, Gonzalez won his first 22 bouts before dropping a split decision in 2018.

Matchroom Boxing return to Fontainebleau Las Vegas once again, with the IBF World Lightweight crown on the line featuring defending champion Raymond Muratalla taking on Andy Cruz in a blockbuster Las Vegas showdown on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026. The highly anticipated clash takes places at BleauLive Theater at the Strip’s newest, luxury resort, and is live worldwide on DAZN.

Muratalla (23-0 17 KOs) makes the first defense of his world title having been elevated to full champion following the retirement of Ukrainian legend Vasiliy Lomachenko. The 28-year-old, who turns 29 a week before the fight, became interim ruler with a comprehensive win over Zaur Abdullaev in San Diego in May, and ‘Danger’ will look to celebrate his birthday in style in his first title defense at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Cuban sensation Cruz (6-0 3 KOs) is aiming to become a World champion in just his seventh pro fight. Cruz punched his ticket to a world title shot with a win over Hironori Mishiro in New York in June of this year, dispatching the Japanese inside five intense rounds at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. The 2020 Olympic gold medalist and three-time World amateur champion now looks to secure his first world title crown on the Strip.

MONTRÉAL, December 2, 2025 — The Outaouais region will get the best of international boxing on December 11, as Olympic medalist Imam Khataev defends his NABF light-heavyweight title against former world title challenger Adam Deines at Casino Lac-Leamy. The bout will be featured as the co-main event to the clash between Buckingham’s pride, Alexandre Gaumont, and Swiss contender Ramadan Hiseni in Gatineau.

“I remember watching the world championship fight between Artur Beterbiev and Adam Deines four years ago. I absolutely cannot underestimate him. I also know that boxing fans, just like me, know that the judges should have given me the win against David Morrell in New York, but I plan to remind everyone who the real champion is in Gatineau, with a spectacular and flawless performance,” promised the powerful puncher nicknamed “The Destroyer,” Imam Khataev, currently in training camp at the Pound 4 Pound Boxing Club in Montréal.

Ranked 7th in the world at light heavyweight by the World Boxing Council (WBC) and the International Boxing Federation (IBF), Imam Khataev (10-1, 9 KOs) was originally set to face top-10 world contender Richard Rivera, before an injury forced the American to withdraw. The new matchup against Adam Deines (24-3-1, 14 KOs) promises to be just as — if not more — interesting. The German’s only three losses came against elite competition: a 12-round eliminator against Fanlong Mang, an 11-round unified world championship bout against Artur Beterbiev, and an 8-round fight against EOTTM protégé and now interim world champion Albert Ramirez. Two athletes with proven track records on the big stage will therefore face off in Gatineau in a fight that could once again propel the winner to the sport’s highest level.

Olympian Simon Kean and EOTTM prospect Thomas Chabot were forced to withdraw from the event due to injuries. Despite this, Punching Grace will still broadcast a seven-fight card as planned, featuring several local athletes, on December 11 starting at 6:30 p.m.

The pride of Saint-André-Avellin and former world champion, Vanessa Lepage-Joanisse (7-2, 1 KO), will make her long-awaited return—after more than 16 months of absence. She is scheduled for an eight-round fight (or less) against American boxer and former bare-knuckle fighter Sonya Dreiling (7-9, 2 KO). This will mark Lepage-Joanisse’s debut in the super-middleweight division (168 lb), after having won the WBC world title at 175 lb in 2024.

In a ten-round lightweight bout, EOTTM prospect Avery Martin Duval (14-0-1, 8 KO) will attempt to continue his rise as he faces Romanian veteran and former European champion James Chereji (22-7, 10 KO).

Also on the card, in the cruiserweight division, Montrealer and Mike Moffa protégé Ayoub Maanni (3-0, 3 KO) will try to keep his perfect record intact against Calgary boxer Anton Tokarchuk (1-2). In a super-featherweight fight, Boisbriand sensation and four-time Canadian amateur champion Victor Tremblay (1-0, 1 KO) will take on Alberta’s Wade Hodgson, who is making his professional debut. And kicking off the event, in the welterweight division, Ontario-based boxer and Three Lions Promotions protégé Vadym Klym (1-0) will meet Western Canadian fighter Michael Parker (5-1, 2 KO) in a third bout scheduled for four rounds.

Knockout CPF won the the WBC Light Flyweight title with a unanimous decision over Junior Zarate as part of the WBC Convention at the Marriott in Bangkok, Thailand.

Knockout of Thailand won by scores of 117-114 and 116-112 on four cards and is now 29-1. Zarate of Argentina is 26-6.

Tonehui Li won a 10-round split decision over Vikrtor Nagbe in a junior middleweight bout.

Li of China won by scores of 96-93 twice and 95-94 and is now 16-2. Nagbe of Australia won two cards 96-93 and 95-94 an is now 12-2.

Ryutaro Nakagani won a 10-round unanimous decision over Katideeh Hirunsute in a super flyweight bout.

Nakagani of Japan won by scores of 97-93 on two cards and 96-94 on three cards and is now 7-4. Hirunsute of Thailand is 15-10.

Ellie Bouttell stopped Po Denmen in the fourth round of their 10-round super bantamweight fight.

In round four, Bouttell landed a big flurry of power shots on the ropes and the bout was stopped at 1:59.

Bouttell of China is now 7-0 with two knockouts. Denman of Thailand is 21-2.

Lite Dawoxi scored a fifth round stoppage of Saensuk Katsamphao in a featheweight bout.

In round five, Dawoxi dropped Katsamphao with a body shot. Seconds later, it was nother body shot that put Katsamphao down for the count at 2:02

Dawoxi of China is 10-1 with seven knockouts. Katsamphao of Japan is 3-1.

NEW YORK CITY, DECEMBER 1, 2025 – HE Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority and owner of Ring Magazine, has confirmed the highly anticipated fight between Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson is on for Saturday January 31 in New York as the headline event for ‘The Ring 6.’

TEMECULA, Calif. (NOV. 30, 2025) – Manny Pacquiao Promotions (MPP) delivered an electric night of fights for their U.S. debut event at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, Calif. 

Lazaro Lorenzana (19-0, 13 KOs) of Tijuana, Mexico, captured the WBC Regional Middleweight Championship by scoring a 10-round unanimous decision over Luis Arias (22-6-1, 17 KOs) in the main event of Manny Pacquiao Promotions’ (MPP) U.S. debut live on ESPN Deportes and ESPN Knockout.

Born and raised in San Diego, Lorenzana, in just his second fight in the U.S., pressed the action from the opening bell and only lost three rounds on the judges’ scorecards in his main event outing. Arias, the former IBF USBA Middleweight Champion, recently went back to school to complete his mortgage license before the fight was scheduled.

Marking a new beginning for the legendary Pacquiao name, Manny Pacquaio’s eldest son, Jimuel Pacquiao(0-0-1) began his professional boxing campaign by thrilling the sold-out Pechanga crowd with a thrilling majority draw against Chicago native/high school English teacher Brendan Lally (0-0-1). In the co-main event marking the pro boxing debuts of both fighters, Pacquiao and Lally stood toe-to-toe throughout the four-round, non-stop extravaganza, trading shots to the head and body, as the contest featured numerous momentum changes. 

Two judges both scored the bout 38-38, giving Pacquiao the first two rounds and Lally the final two. One judge ruled the first two rounds to Pacquiao, also awarding him the close fourth round.

Pacquaio, who enjoyed a successful three-year amateur career, welcomed a baby girl to the world with his fiancé in the last week and made his dad a grandfather for the first time. Lally, who also teaches African-American literature at Hyde Park Academy High School in Chicago, won the United States Intercollegiate Boxing Association 140-pound collegiate national championship while studying English at the University of Illinois in 2022.

In the evening’s first title bout, southpaw Terry Washington (6-0, 5 KOs) of San Bernardino, Calif., dispatched his sixth opponent in as many contests and captured the WBC USA Light Flyweight Championship by shutting out Lima, Peru’s Ricardo Astuvilca (23-5, 5 KOs) in a 10-round unanimous decision. Washington, who started boxing at eight years old, enjoyed a storied amateur career in which earned the title of Most Outstanding Boxer at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials and was an International Gold Medal Finalist for USA Boxing.

The second televised bout featured Tijuana, Mexico’s Jose Russell (17-1, 11 KOs) made his United States debut and rebounded from his only loss by thoroughly dominating Saleto Henderson (10-3 7 KOs) and scoring a sixth-round TKO. Russell, who turned 24 on November 23, sent Indianapolis, Indiana’s Henderson to the canvas twice in the final minute of the opening round. The hard-hitting southpaw then floored his counterpart for the third time two minutes into the fourth. Following the sixth round and at the suggestion of Henderson’s corner, referee stopped the contest.

Kicking off the action on the main card in a battle of Californians, Garden Grove’s Michael Bracamontes (14-2-1, 6 KOs) earned his fifth consecutive victory by dominating William King (6-3-2, 3 KOs) of Lynwood, fighting at Pechanga Resort Casino for the third straight time. Bracamontes, who turned pro at 17, won all but two rounds on the judges’ scorecards.

Prior to the ESPN Deportes and ESPN Knockout-televised portion of the event, Las Vegas’ own, Rodrigo Mosquera III (2-0, 1 KO) remained undefeated by scoring a four-round unanimous decision over Bryan Domingo (0-4-1). The first bout of the night featured Victorville’s Sheldon Payne (1-1, 0 KOs) earning his first pro victory with a four-round majority decision over Adil Gadzhiev (3-2, 1 KO). Following the main event, Javier Zamarron (11-0, 5 KOs) of Las Vegas secured an eight-round unanimous decision over Alejandro Meniano (7-1, 4 KOs) and Hollywood’s Alexis Alvarado (9-1-1, 5 KOs) registered a unanimous decision victory over Philippines native Garen Diagan (10-8-1, 5 KOs)

TEMECULA, CALIF. (NOVEMBER  28, 2025) – Manny Pacquiao Promotions’ (MPP) U.S. debut will have a new main event pitting undefeated Lazaro Lorenzana (18-0, 13 KOs) and grizzled veteran Luis Arias (22-5-1, 17 KOs) in a middleweight tilt between two knockout artists for the WBC Regional Championship. 

The International Hall of Famer and eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao was on hand during Friday’s official weigh-in and final press conference before all the fighters’ step into the ring at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula on Saturday night. Lorenzana from San Diego and Las Vegas’ Arias were elevated to the main event slot after Elijah Pierce and Lorenzo Parra fell out due to an illness.

With a career spanning over a decade, Arias is the former IBF USBA Middleweight champion, a title he spectacularly defended twice. Arias now aims to utilize his experience to get back in the win column. In just his second fight in the U.S., WBC Silver Middleweight champion Lorenzana prepares for the stiffest test of his career against the experienced Arias. Lorenzana enters this bout on the strength of two straight knockout victories in 2025. LOS ANGELES (November 25, 2025) – Unified world cruiserweight champion Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez (48-1, 30 KOs) has confirmed the first All-Mexican showdown in the cruiserweight division against undefeated, two-division world champion David “The Mexican Monster” Benavidez (31-0, 25 KOs) on Cinco de Mayo weekend, Saturday night, May 2, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Last month, Ramirez resumed training at Brickhouse Boxing Club in North Hollywood, California, following right shoulder surgery this past July. Before the native of Mazatlán, Mexico takes on Benavidez, “Zurdo” will defend his World Boxing Association (WBA) Super Cruiserweight World and World Boxing Organization (WBO) Junior Heavyweight World championship titles against fight Robin Sirwan Safar (19-0, 13 KOs) on January 16 in Palm Desert, California.

The 32-year-old Safar, a native of Sweden now living in Las Vegas, won his most recent fight on Nov. 8, when he decisioned previously undefeated Derick Miller Jr. (18-0) in Fort Worth, Texas. Safar upset five-time world champion Sergey Kovalev in 2024 by way of a 10-round unanimous decision to get into the world title hunt. This will mark Ramirez’ 50^th pro fight during his illustrious career.

Ramirez, 34, last fought on June 28 in which he won a 12-round unanimous decision victory over Yuniel Dorticos (27-2, 25 KOs) to position himself for a possible 2026 unification fight with Jai Opetaia (29-0, 32 KOs), the International Boxing Federation and Ring Magazine world champion, or wait to unify versus the winner of the December 3^rd match between WBC title holder Badou Jack (29-3-3, 18 KOs) and former WBC Cruiserweight World Champion Noel Mikaelian (27-3, 12 KOs).

Instead, Ramirez chose to fight Benavidez, the reigning WBA Light Heavyweight World Champion who will be moving up in weight to challenge Ramirez in what could very well be an instant classic.

“I’m excited about this fight, and this is something I’ve targeted for years. It will be your classic Mexican versus Mexican/American (Benavidez) war,” Ramirez said, emphasizing the long-standing buildup behind the matchup. “I’m familiar with David and his team and have shared the gym and ring with them in the past. They’re great people, but business is business, and come May, I will have my arm raised.”

When asked about Opetaia and his recent outburst, Ramirez didn’t hold back, countered with: “I’m after the biggest fights possible and I want to make sure I’m fighting the best. To be honest, I didn’t even know who Opetaia was until recently. Someone told me some things he said, and I think he might have rocks for brains. This guy hasn’t impressed me at all; he’s fought a bunch of cannon fodders to get to where he is. All these outbursts and spreading lies – saying he called my phone – reminds me of all my ex-girlfriends.”

Benavidez, 28, was born in Phoenix but his father is from Mexico and David holds dual citizenships. He stopped Anthony Yarde (27-3) this past Saturday in the seventh round. He has defeated former world champions Demetrious Andrade, Anthony Dirrell, David Lemieux, Caleb Plant and Oleksandr Gvozdyk.

Ramirez vs. Benavidez has the potential to be the leading match-up of Mexican descent fighters since 2010, when Erik Morales fought Marco Antonio Barrera.

In a 10-round head-on collision of a lightweight main event, WBC #11-rated Justin “The Million Dollar Man” Pauldo (19-2, 9 KOs) will face hard-punching South American strongman Nike Theran (20-1, 14 KOs) of Barranquilla, Colombia.

“Coming off his stellar performance against highly regarded Shavkatdzhon Rakhimov, Justin Pauldo will be looking to continue his climb to a world title shot,” said ProBoxTV’s founder and CEO, Garry Jonas. “This should be a phenomenal fight and a real test to see if Justin Pauldo is that guy. If he has another performance like Rakhimov, he is the running for a title fight in the 135-lb division.”

Born in Orlando, Florida, but now living in Houston and training with world-renowned coach Ronnie Shields, 31-year-old Justin Pauldo is a four-time ProBoxTV veteran. Pauldo came to ProBox after having put together 11 consecutive wins since his first defeat, a split-decision to Efrain Cruz in July 2015. In his ProBoxTV debut in August 2023, Pauldo scored a 10-round unanimous decision over Eduardo Estela (then 14-2) at the Whitesands Events Center in Plant City, Florida. He returned there in November 2023 to stop Jerry Perez (then 14-3-1) in three rounds, winning the WBA Continental North America Lightweight Championship.

Pauldo suffered his second career setback on ProBoxTV air in February 2024, dropping a controversial 10-round split decision to Miguel Madueno (30-2), but returned to ProBoxTV a year later to score a sensational upset eighth-round knockout over former IBF World Super Featherweight Champion Shavkatdzhon Rakhimov (then 17-1-1) in February of this year. Pauldo scored two knockdowns on the night, the latter of the two produced an immediate stoppage at 1:53.

In his most recent ring appearance, Pauldo took a 10-round unanimous decision over Said Chino last August.

“Training has been great,” said Pauldo. “I’ve gotten a lot of great work to sharpen my skills and be at my best come fight night. I know my opponent is a tough guy coming out of Colombia. He’s got quite a few fights under his belt, so I’m looking forward to facing an experienced and hungry fighter and to being back on ProBoxTV. I’m going to put on a great show for all the fans.”

28-year-old Nike Theran is a nearly nine-year professional and former WBC Latino Super Featherweight Champion. He will be making his debut fighting in the United States, having spent the bulk of his career fighting in South America and The Dominican Republic.

Theran has won two consecutive fights since suffering his only career setback in October 2023, a controversial 12-round unanimous decision to Italian contender Michael Magnesi (then 22-1) for the WBC Silver Super Featherweight Championship.

“Training camp has been going great; I’m very motivated,” said Theran. “Pauldo is a very good fighter and one of the best on ProBoxTV because he likes to fight. God gave me this opportunity and I’m well-prepared physically and mentally to win. I’m very happy for the opportunity and being in this important fight only gives me more motivation.”

In the exciting 10-round super featherweight co-feature WBC #4-ranked Muhammad Yaqubov (23-1, 12 KOs) of Isfara, Tajikistan, will go to war with Cristian “Lacandonsito” Cruz Chacon (24-7-1, 12 KOs) of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Yaqubov had been scheduled to face Jessie Magdaleno in the night’s original main event, but Magdaleno pulled out with an injury.

“We’re not happy that Jessie Magdaleno fell out,” said Garry Jonas, “but we’re fortunate enough to get a great replacement in Cristian Cruz Chacon, who recently had a huge win over Jeremy Hill on ProBoxTV. Honestly, this could be a tougher test for Yaqubov.”

30-year-old southpaw Muhammad Yaqubov started boxing at the age of 10 and turned professional in late 2015. In his 10-year career, Yaqubov has held several regional titles, including the WBC International super-featherweight, which he successfully defended four times, with victories included over Emanuel López (29-9-1), NABF champ Abraham Montoya (18-1-1) and former two-time world champ Tomás Rojas.

In March 2022, Yaqubov suffered his only career loss via a 12-round unanimous decision in a WBC title eliminator to current WBC World Super Featherweight Champion O’Shaquie Foster. He has since rebounded with five consecutive victories, including impressive wins over Pablo Vicente (23 1) in a 10-round WBC Super Featherweight Title Eliminator, Zafar Parpiev (13-2) and his most recent fight, a 10-round majority decision over William Foster III to win the WBC USA Super Feather Championship in August of this year and live on ProBoxTV. The win was Yaqubov’s first under new head trainer Manny Robles.

Holding one of the most deceiving records in boxing, 28-year-old Cruz Chacon turned professional in 2014 and disappointingly lost five of his first seven fights before turning things around and going 22-2-1 since then.

Along the way, he has scored notable victories over Diego Ortiz Aleman (12-1-1), Jesus Acosta Ayala (15-1-1), a first-round stoppage of Pablo Robles (15-3), an eight-round stoppage of Rafael Rosas Ramirez (19-3-2), a third-round stoppage of former world title challenger David Carmona, and his most recent ring appearance, an impressive split decision victory over a streaking Jeremy Hill (22-3-1) in September of this year on ProBoxTV.

Also, on the televised slate that night is a highly anticipated women’s battle for the vacant WBC World Super Flyweight Championship between WBC #2 Adelaida Maria “La Cobra” Ruiz (17-1-1, 8 KOs) of Downey, California, via Los Angeles and WBC #4 Alexas “Iron Lady” Kubicki (13-2, 2 KOs) of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

A longtime feared contender, 37-year-old Ruiz’s aggressive style, strength, and punching power make her a dangerous foe for any of the world’s female super flyweights. A victory over Kubicki will give her an opportunity to avenge her only career loss, a thrilling 10-round split decision to Ginny Fuchs for the WBC Interim World Super Flyweight Championship in August 2024. The WBC have ordered the winner of Ruiz vs Kubicki to fight Interim champ Fuchs, who has been out of action for 14 months due to injuries suffered in the fight with Ruiz and promotional issues.

Alexas Kubicki will be having just her second fight on U.S. soil. In her most recent fight, the 22-year-old lost by seventh-round TKO in a brave stand against undisputed World Champion Gabriela Fundora in September. A former WBC World Youth and WBC International Champion, Kubicki’s technical skills are predicted to test Ruiz’s aggression in what promises to be a thrilling clash of styles.

Hiruta established an excellent defensive manner early in the fight, counter punching the aggressive Gallardo. In the second half of the fight Hiruta’s punches started to take their toll on her tough Mexican challenger, bloodying her nose in the seventh.

Keeping her foot on the gas in the final two rounds, the colorful and charismatic Hiruta, who had entered the ring in one of her trademark robes, would stay consistent with her attack as her large legion of supporters stood and cheered.

Also featured on the Hollywood Fight Nights event, 21-year-old Lupita ‘The Baby-Faced Assassin, Medina (12-0, 3 KOs), moved closer to a world title opportunity in the junior flyweight division with a scorching second round (1:14) knockout of Lillian Almarez (2-5). Fighting in a rematch from January 2024 that went the distance, Medina dropped Almarez with a stunning right hand and continued her attack until referee Thomas Taylor called a halt to the fight.

Returning to the Hollywood Fight Night’s ring, ‘Right Hook’ Roxy Verduzco, sporting a sparkling Los Angeles Dodger themed outfit, improved to 7-0, 1 KO, with an eight-round unanimous decision over the much more experienced Maria Salinas (27-14-6, 7 KOs. Scores were 80-72 twice and 79-73 as Verduzco displayed her array of world class skills throughout in her remarkably sixth fight of 2025.

Popular junior lightweight Abel Mejia, (10-0, 7 KOs), continued to impress with a third round (1:33) knockout of Jason Buenaobra, (10-13-3, 4 KOs). A barrage of punches in the third round from the heavy-handed Mejia called a halt to the contest.

Junior lightweights saw action as Diego Dominguez, (4-1, 1 KOs) and Abraham Morales, (3-1, 2 KOs), battled in an entertaining four rounder. Dominguez was declared the victor by majority decision, (38-38, 39-37, twice.)

Lightweight Alejandro Alvarado, (3-0, 1 KO), took a four round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Billy Timmons, (3-1, 1 KO. Shutout scores were 40-36 on all three judges’ scorecards.

Cruiserweight Jamar Talley, (5-0, 4 KOs), stopped Adam Diu Abdulhamid, (18-18, 9 KOs), in the second round (2:08). Talley dropped Abdulhamid twice in the second round.

TYRONE “PRETTY BOY” JAMES RETURNS WITH STATEMENT WIN

Long Island’s undefeated middleweight Tyrone “Pretty Boy” James made his long-awaited return to the ring, scoring an impressive unanimous decision victory over Uruguay’s Braulio Matias Ferreira in their scheduled 8-round main event.

Ferreira came out aggressively, but by round three James found his rhythm, showcasing sharp combinations, timing, and improved ring generalship, reminding the fans why he was thought of being a top prospect before injuries derailed him. James closed the fight strong in front of a loud pro-James crowd. With the win, James goes to 14-0 (10 KOs) while Ferreira drops to 7-2 (2 KOs). Scores were 79-73, 77-75 and 79-73.

Co-Feature – HARLEY “HEAVY HANDS” BURKE REMAINS UNDEFEATED IN A WAR

In one of the night’s most intense fights, Yonkers-based Irish super middleweight Harley Burke dug deep to edge out former title contender Avtandil “Mini Mike Tyson” Khurtsidze by majority decision.

Khurtsidze applied relentless pressure from the opening bell, but Burke matched him with grit, conditioning, and smart counterpunching. The offfical scores were: 59–55, 58–56, 57–57. The win raises Burke’s record to 11-0 (7 KOs); while the tough Khurtsidze goes to 34-3-3 (23 KOs).

CALEB HALL DEFEATS LOUIS MAIETTA IN HIGH-ENERGY BATTLE

Bronx super middleweight Louis Maietta and Colorado’s Caleb Hall battled nonstop for six rounds in a fan-friendly matchup. As with the other fights on this sensational card, Maietta and Hall tore into each other from the start of round 1 to the closing bell of round 6. The pro Maietta crowd desperately tried to cheer on their fighter but in the end Hall, a former U.S. Army boxer, came away with the close, but unanimous decision.

OPENING BOUT: EMMANUEL ETIENNE EDGES HASSEN OSENI IN CRUISERWEIGHT FIRE-FIGHT

Uniondale cruiserweight Emmanuel Etienne started the night with a high-energy 6-round win over Canada’s Hassen Oseni, a seasoned Muay Thai veteran with extensive MMA experience and Canadian military background. Both men came out fast, exchanging heavy shots from start to finish. This opening bout set the tone for the evening’s fights. It was give and take throughout as each fighter scored significantly on their opponent. . In the end, Etienne proved a little to much as he took a very close decision, 58-56 on all 3 judges cards. Etienne improves to 11-1 5KO while Oseni drops to 2-2 1KO in pro boxing.
