Red Owl Boxing Presents Box Fest XVII on Friday, April 3rd at The Archer Music Hall in Allentown, PA and LIVE on DAZN

Allentown, PA (March 23, 2026)–On Friday night April 3rd, Red Owl Boxing will present a big night of boxing that will streamed live on DAZN.

In the main event, undefeated lightweight Antonio Perez will take on veteran Abraham Montoya in a 10-round bout for the WBC USA Silver Lightweight Title.

Perez of Harrisburg, PA, has a record of 11-0 with five knockouts. The 24-year-old Perez is a five-year professional who has wins over Nigel Fennell (13-2), Haskell Rhodes (20-5-1), Antonio Williams (16-0-1) and his last outing when he took an eight-round unanimous decision over Alex Martin on June 6, 2025 in Houston.

Montoya of Mexicali, Mexico has a record of 23-7-1 with 14 knockouts. The 31-year-old Montoya is a 12-year veteran. Montoya has over future world champion Luis Alberto Lopez (12-0), Ricardo Lara (17-4), Julio Barraza (19-1-1), Alejandro Guerrero (12-0) and former interim world champion Joseph Diaz (33-6-1). In his last bout, Montoya dropped a 10-round decision to undefeated Tsendbatar Erdenbat on November 21, 2025 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

In the eight-round co-feature, Current WBA Continental American champion and WBA number-13 ranked Emanuel Moreno (12-0, 3 KOs) of Wichita Falls, TX takes on Francisco Pedroza Portillo (20-13-2, 11 KOs) of Tijuana, Mexico in a bantamweight contest.

In six-round Bouts:

Cornelio Phipps (6-0, 2 KOs) of Oxford, PA fights Frank Gonzalez (12-9, 6 KOs) of Hialeah. Florida in a super bantamweight fight.

Super Bantamweight’s Dennis Thompson (9-0, 6 KOs) of Philadelphia will take on an opponent to be announced.

2023 National Golden Gloves champion Adrian Salazar of Tyler, Texas makes his pro debut against Cory Grant (0-1-2) of Mesa, Arizona in welterweight bout.

In a battle of debuting featherweights, 20-time PA state champion and seven-time National amateur champion Eric Martinez of Reading, PA takes on Chris Karagiannis of Saint Louis.

Former multi-time National Amateur champion Ivy Enriquez (6-0, 2 KOs) of El Paso, Texas takes on Chasity Roberts (1-0) of Jacksonville, Florida in a bantamweight fight.

Gustavo Morales (3-0, 2 KOs) of Allentown, PA will fight debuting Chevy Bridges of Durant, Oklahoma in a middleweight affair,

Jaclyne Mctamney (3-0, 1 KO) of Southampton, PA fights Loren Michaels (2-6) of Holidaysburg, PA in a featherweight bout.

Emmanuel Moreno Decisions Twaiti

Emmanuel Moreno won a eight-round unanimous decision over Khalid Twaiti in a bantamweight bout at The Red Owl Boxing Arena in Houstion.

Moreno, 117.4 lbs of Wichita Falls, TX won by scores of 80-72, 79-73 and 78-74 and is now 11-0. Twaiti, 117.8 lbs of Brooklyn, NY s 14-1.

Perez Decisions Martin

Antonio Perez remained undefeated with a eight-round unanimous decision over Alex Martin in a junior welterweight bout.

Perez, 139 lbs of Harrisburg, PA won by scores of 80-72 on all cards and is now 11-0. Martin, 143 lbs of Chicago is 18-8.

Carrillo Decisions Nahar

Emanuel Carrillo Jr. won a four-round decision over Jordan Nahar in a featherweight bout.

Carrillo Jr., 126.3 lbs of Wichita Falls, TX won by scores of 40-36 on all cards is now 4-0. Nahar, 127.4 lbs of Fort Worth, TX is 2-1.

Angel Perez and Axl Melendez Salgado Fight to a Draw

Undefeated Angel Perez and Axl Melendez Salgado fought to a six-round majority draw in a welterweight bout.

Perez took a scorecard by a 58-56 tally. Two cards were even at 57-57.

Perez, 145.8 lbs of Harrisburg, PA is 9-0-1. Salgado, 147 lbs of San Antonio is 7-1-1.

Acosta Decisions Soto

Steven Acosta won a four-round majority decision over Brian Soto in a super flyweight bout.
