PHILADELPHIA (September 9, 2024)–?THIS SATURDAY NIGHT, R and B Promotions returns to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia with a massive 13-bout card.

The card will be a 15-fight Pro-Am that begins at 3 PM/ and it will feature some of the top amateur boxers in the Tri-State Area

In a featured six-round junior middleweight bout, rising and undefeated Oluwafemi Oyeleye will take on Ricardo Villalba.

Oyeleye, 29, of Philadelphia, has a record of 16-0 with 10 knockouts. Oyeleye has wins over Uriel Gonzalez Angulo (1-0-1), Alberto Beltran (17-1-2), Victus Kenover (10-1-2), Juan Ramon Guzman (11-0-1) and his last bout when he stopped Leonardo Di Stefano (13-3) on June 22nd at The 2300 Arena.

Villalba, 34 of Buenos Aires, Argentina is 20-11-1 with eight knockouts. The 14 eyra-pro has wins over Jose Agusto Funes (3-0), Luis Antonio Gaay (6-1), Cristian Nestor Romero (11-2), Henri David Polanco (8-0), Davi Eliasquevici (13-3-1), Hector Saldivia (46-4-1), Edgar Ghukesyan (8-2-1). Oyeleye Stops Di Stefano in 4 in Philly

PHILADELPHIA--Oluwfemi Oyeleye remained undefeated with a spectacular fourth round stoppage over Leonardo Di Stefano in a scheduled right-round junior middleweight bout bout that headlined a six-bout card at the 2300 Arena.

The card was promoted by R and B Promotions.

In round three, Oyeleye dropped Di Stefano with a right hook to the head. In round four, it was a quicker more powerful right hook that sent Di Stefano sprawling to the canvas and the fight was stopped at 42 seconds.

Oyeleye of Philadelphia is now 16-0 with 10 knockouts. Di Stefano of Pomona, CA is 13-4.

Samuel Arnold scored a scary first round stoppage over Jhosue Chumprik in a scheduled six-round super middleweight bout.

Arnold landed a hard chopping right to the top of the head that sent a motionless Chumprik crashing to the canvas and the bout was immediately stopped at 1:18. Chumprik was on the canvas for several minutes, but was able to walk out on his power.

Arnold of Dallas is 10-0 with seven knockouts. Chumprik of Ecuador is 6-3.

Noah Norman stopped Michael Taylor in the opening round of their four-round lightweight bout.

Norman came out and landed punched with reckless abandon. Taylor was able to land a few uppercuts on the much shorter Norman. Taylor gained confidence and egged Norman in to hit him, and Norman obliged. Norman landed about 10 hard shots to the head before Shawn Clark stopped the bout at 2:53.

Norman of Coatesville, PA is 2-0 with two knockouts. Taylor of Cortland is 1-8.

Juan Marrero remained perfect by stopping Michael Ruiz in a four-round lightweight bout.

Marrero dropped Ruiz with a body shot in round three and the fight was over at 2:27.

Marrero of Philadelphia is 5-0 with five knockouts. Ruiz of Toms River, NJ is 1-3.

Richard Johnson won a four-round unanimous decision over Edwin Charip in a junior middleweight bout.

Johnson of Philadelphia won by scores of 40-36 twice and 39-37 and is now 2-0. Charip of Ecuador is 1-1.

Daniel Bean won a four-round majority decision over Dante Selby in a heavyweight bout.

Bean of Old Bridge, NJ won by scores of 40-36, 39-37 and 38-38 and is now 3-2. Selby of Philadelphia is 3-5-2.

John Hawkes and Michael Scott battled to a four-round majority draw.

It seemed like Hawkes dominated the fight by landing big shots in rounds two, three and four, but two judges scored the fight 38-38 while one had Hawkes ahead 39-37,

Hawkes, 140 lbs of Voorhees, NJ is 0-0-1. Scott, 158.9 lbs of Dover, DE is also 0-0-1.

Juan Marrero remained perfect by stopping Darus Somieari in a four-round lightweight bout.

Marrero dropped Somieari twice in round two first with a hard flurry in the corner. Marrero finished the fight by decking Soomieari with a big right on the ropes and the fight was stopped at 2:14

Marrero, 137 lbs of Philadelphia is 3-0 with three knockouts. Somieari. 137.6 lbs of Roanoke, VA is 0-2.

Rancy Slanger won a four-round unanimous decision over Alex James in a light heavyweight bout featuring pro debuters.

Former World Champion Tevin Farmer Takes on Patrick Okine on Friday, December 1st at The 2300 Arena in Philadelphia

Philadelphia (November 20, 2023) –- R and B Promotions will kick off the last month of 2023 with a big night of boxing on Friday, December 1st at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

Headlining the card will be former world champion Tevin Farmer taking on Patrick Okine in a eight-round junior lightweight bout.

?Farmer of Philadelphia is 32-5-1 with seven knockouts. The 33-year-old Framer defeated Angelo Ward (1-0), Tim Witherspoon Jr. (6-1-1), Tyrone Luckey (4-1-1), Camilo Perez (9-0), Noel Echevarria (11-10), Emmanuel Gomez (14-0), Viktor Chermous (15-1-1), Angel Luna (10-0-1), Daulis Prescott (30-2), former world champion Gamailei Diaz, Ivan Redkach (19-1-1) and Dardan Zenunaj (12-2).

On August 3, 2018, Farmer traveled to New South Wales, Australia, and defeated Billy Dib (44-4) to win the IBF Junior League championship. Farmer defended the title four times with wins over James Tennyson (22-2), Francisco Fonseca (22-1-1), Jono Carroll (16-0-1) and Guillaume Frenois (46-1-1). Farmer came back after a three-and-a-half-year hiatus with a 10-round unanimous decision over Avery Sparrow on June 24th at the 2300 Arena.
