He first began boxing at age 11 before moving to São Paulo alone to pursue his boxing training at age 13, joining the Brazilian national team to launch a standout amateur career. He first made a name for himself at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, taking home the gold medal and becoming the first Brazilian boxer to achieve this feat. The next year, Marley earned silver at the 2019 Pan American championships. He earned a place on Brazil’s Olympic team, qualifying to compete in the men’s light heavyweight event at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and finishing as a quarter-finalist in a narrow 3-2 defeat to Britain’s Benjamin Whittaker, the eventual silver medalist. Reigning WBC featherweight world champion Tiara Brown holds a career built on an exceptional amateur pedigree, technical excellence, and championship-level discipline. Oshae Jones is a USA Olympic bronze medalist and the current IBF super welterweight world champion at 154 pounds. Before turning pro, Toledo, Ohio-born Jones built one of the most distinguished amateur résumés in modern U.S. boxing history as a multiple-time USA Boxing national champion and a long-standing member of Team USA, consistently competing against—and defeating—the best amateurs in the world. Her amateur career culminated with winning a bronze medal at the 2020 Olympic Games, cementing her status as one of the premier international boxers of her generation. Her style blends sharp fundamentals with controlled aggression, allowing her to dictate fights and neutralize opponents’ strengths. The 28-year-old Jones currently holds the IBF world title and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She was ranked #23 among ESPN’s best women’s boxers of 2025 following her successful world title defense against Elia Carranza in July 2025.

LeAnna Cruz is a 28-year-old Puerto Rican-American professional boxer competing at 115lbs who Cruz has built her career on consistency, discipline, and a deep respect for the craft of boxing. Of proud Puerto Rican heritage, Cruz brings grit and heart into every training camp and every fight. Her style blends sharp fundamentals with intelligent pressure, allowing her to control distance, dictate pace, and adapt to any opponent placed in front of her. Inside the ring, she is focused and methodical; outside the ring, she is respected for her humility, professionalism, and commitment to growth. Signing with Most Valuable Promotions represents a major milestone for Cruz, who holds ambitions for placing her on a global stage and firmly. She is the WBA #1 contender at super flyweight.

Puerto Rican-American Elise Soto is a 20-year-old Poughkeepsie, New York–born fighter defined by discipline, humility, and purpose, with deep Puerto Rican roots passed down through generations on her father’s side and a multicultural heritage shaped by her Mexican and French lineage through her mother. Introduced to boxing by her mother, Soto immediately found her calling despite excelling in other elite sports, committing fully to the art of boxing and the advancement of women in athletics. She began boxing at 16 and quickly rose through the U.S. amateur ranks, competing in five national tournaments, earning four silver medals, and advancing to the Olympic Trials with her mother in her corner. Guided by Amanda Serrano and Jordan Maldonado, she turned professional shortly thereafter and now trains under renowned coach Shaun George alongside Serrano and Maldonado, accelerating her growth in the ring. Outside of boxing, Soto works within her family business, Fitness Superstore USA, and is building her own fitness brand. Born in El Paso and raised in Northside Houston, Texas by a hard-working Mexican-American family, 24-year-old Miranda Reyes has built her professional career facing some of the sport’s most respected names, including MVP’s WBC lightweight world champion Caroline Dubois and MVP’s WBA lightweight world champion Stephanie Han. Reyes turned pro at 17 without an amateur background, guided by former trainer Hector Rocha, whose belief in her talent and style shaped her confidence until his passing from COVID-19 in 2020. Since, Reyes has consistently given world champions tough tests despite limited guidance, including defeating Hall of Famer Jaime Clampitt in 2022 and former world champion Yazmin Rivas in 2023, before challenging now-WBC world champ Caroline Dubois for her IBO lightweight title at Wembley Stadium in February 2024 and now-WBA world champion Stephanie Han later that year. Reyes recently found structure and support in a new team, priming her to fully pursue the career she always knew she was meant to have. She most recently defeated Yolanda Vega by UD at MVP’s Most Valuable Prospects 16 in October 2025. She is currently the WBA #8, #16 WBC, and #12 WBO contender.

Gorham Decisions Alamo

Breyon Gorham won a 10-round unanimous decision over Yomar Alamo at The Bayou Center in Houston, Texas.

In round one, Gorham was cut under his right eye.

Gorham landed 158 of 542 punches. Alamo was 50 of 478.

Gorham, 139.4 lbs of Houston won by scores of 99-91 twice and 98-92 and is now 21-0. Alamo, 139.8 lbs of Aguas Buenas, PR is 22-5-1.

Tiara Brown Defends Featherweight Title with Decision over Gongora

Tiara Brown retained the WBC Featherweight title with a unanimous decision over Emma Gongora.

Brown landed 208 of 688 punches. Brown was 87 of 575.

Brown, 125 lbs of Fort Myers, FL won by scores of 100-90 and 98-92 twice and is now 20-0. Gongora, 125 lbs of Marsay, FRA is 10-4-1.

Wesley Ferrer upset previously undefeated Giovanni Marquez via eight-round split decision in a junior welterweight bout

In round seven, Ferrer was deducted a point for holding.

Ferrer landed 118 of 427 punches. Marquez was 108 of 434.

Ferrer won two cards 77-74 and 76-75 while Marquez took a card 79-72.

Ferrer, 140.2 lbs of Brooklyn is 18-2-1. Marquez, 141 lbs of Houston is 13-1.

Oscar Perez won a eight-round unanimous decision over Malik Lewis in a lightweight bout.

Late in round eight, Perez dropped Lewis with a left hook.

Perez landed 170 of 579 punches. Lewis was 140 of 591.

Perez, 135.9 lbs of Houston won by scores of 79-72 twice and 78-73 and is now 14-0-2. Lewis, 133.4 lbs of Baltimore is 8-2.

Fabian Diaz won a six-round unanimous decision over Dorian Mendez in a super lightweight fight.

Diaz landed 143 of 436 punches. Mendez was 149 of 596.

Diaz, 140.4 lbs of Edinburg, TX won by scores of 59-55 twice and 58-56 and is now 9-0-1. Mendez, 140.8 lbs of Los Angeles is 6-1.

Ben Mares stopped Mojeed Seriki in round four of their six-round junior welterweight bout.

Mares dominated the fight and the fight was stopped by Seriki’s corner at 55 seconds.

Mares, 140 lbs of Houston is 4-0 with four knockouts, Seriki, 139 lbs of Houston is 3-3.

KAMBOSOS JR FACES YORDAN IN SYDNEY HOMECOMING AS NICOLSON DEFENDS WORLD TITLE DOWN UNDER AGAINST NEMESIS BROWN

‘Ferocious’ George Kambosos Jr headlines a blockbuster Australian Fight Night as he headlines his long-awaited homecoming in Sydney on Saturday, March 22 against Daud Yordan – live worldwide on DAZN, in partnership with DiBella Entertainment and Ferocious Promotions, and in association with Tasman Fighters and Goldstar.

The former undisputed World Lightweight Champion makes his introduction in the Super-Lightweight division on a huge card Down Under from Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena which features two unmissable Women’s World Title bouts with Skye Nicolson and Cherneka ‘Sugar’ Johnson looking to successfully defend their respective crowns on home soil.

And rising Heavyweight sensation Teremoana Teremoana will be out ensure that the Aussies rule when the Olympian bids for his seventh successive stoppage.

Kambosos Jr (21-3-0, 10 KOs) faces former two-weight IBO World Champion Yordan (43-4-0, 31 KOs) in the main event, looking to lay down a marker in one of the sport’s most exciting divisions.

The 31-year-old – who captured the IBF and WBO Lightweight belts by beating Teofimo Lopez in 2021 – has shared the ring with the likes of Devin Haney, Maxi Hughes and Lee Selby and returns to the ring for the first time since his war last May with the legendary Vasyl Lomachenko.

Indonesian opponent Yordan promises another stern test for Kambosos and is no stranger to fight fans, having previously held IBO World Titles at Lightweight and Featherweight and succumbing to a points defeat by Anthony Crolla in Manchester back in 2018.

Defending her championship for the first time in her native Australia, Nicolson made history last October when she was the first female fighter to successfully retain her title in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during the Riyadh Season curtain-raiser, when the Southpaw outclassed Raven Chapman to extend her flawless record.

“This is my homecoming as World Champion – a moment I have dreamed of and manifested: Bringing big world title action Down Under,” said Nicolson.

Another long-standing rivalry will be settled in Sydney as Cherneka Johnson defends her WBA World Bantamweight title in a rematch against Nina Hughes, after their first fight was marred in controversy last May.

Britain’s Hughes (6-1-0, 2 KOs) will be hungry for retribution after she was initially declared as the winner before the ring announcer corrected himself by revealing Johnson (16-2-0, 6 KOs) as the victor by majority decision to become a two-weight World Champion.

“I’m looking forward to getting back in the ring on another awesome show here in Australia,” said WBA World Bantamweight Champion Cherneka Johnson.

“I have no doubt in my mind that it’s going to be a career-best dominating performance.”

World Title Challenger, Nina Hughes added: “First and foremost, I have a lot of respect for Cherneka Johnson as an athlete – she’s a tough competitor. But this time around, I’m not leaving anything to chance or in the judges’ hands. I’ve trained harder, I’m sharper, and I’m ready to leave no doubt when I step in that ring.”

Santana Decisions Truck Simpson in Overtime Round

Raiko Santana won a split decision over Lorenzo Simpson when he won two of the three rounds in the overtime round. The fight was even ater eight-rounds.

Santana, 167,5 lbs of Cuba is 11-4. Simpson, 167.2 lbs of Baltimore 14-2.

Maliek Montgomery scored a eight-round unanimous decision over former two-time world title challenger in a junior lightweight bout.

Montgomery dropped Juarez with a powerful left hook in round eight.

Montgomery, 130.2 lbs of Macon, GA won by scores of 80-71 twice and 79-72 and is now 18-0. Juarez, 131 lbs of Mexico City is 29-16.

Tiara Brown earned a WBC Mandatory Featherweight world title opportunity with a 10-round unanimous decision over former world champion Gabriela Bouvier.

Brown, 126 lbs of Fort Myers, FLA

Casey Dixon remained undefeated with a four-round unanimous decision over Gerald McClellan Jr. in a light heavyweight bout.

In round one, Dixon scored a knockdown when he landed a left inside that was followed by a right that sent McClellan on a knee.

Dixon, 175.6 lbs of East Atlanta won by scores of 39-36 twice and 38-37 and is now 5-0. McClellan, 177 lbs of Milwaukee is 6-2.

Donte Layne scored his third consecutive first round stoppage as he destroyed Montrel James in the opening round of their foiur-round super middleweight bout.

Towards the end of the opening frame, Layne landed a huge right hook that sent James crashing first-first on the canvas and the fight was stopped at 2:52.

Layne, 167.2 lbs of Elmont, NY is 3-0 with three knockouts. James, 167.4 lbs of Saint Louis is 2-12.

Teofimo Lopez Defends WBO Junior Welterweight Title TOMORROW in Miami (Sat. ESPN, ESPN Deportes, ESPN+ at 10 PM ET

NEW YORK (June 281, 2024)–Split-T Management’s WBO Junior Welterweight world champion Teofimo Lopez defends his title against Steve Claggett on Saturday night at The James L. Knight Center in Miami.

Lopez of Brooklyn is a five-time, two-division and former undisputed lightweight world champion, will look to make his second defense of his 140-lb. crown.

Lopez, who now resides in Las Vegas via Brooklyn, is managed by Split-T Management, and has a record of 20-1 with 13 knockouts. The former undisputed lightweight champion is a five-time world champion as he won the IBF Lightweight title with an explosive second-round stoppage of Richard Commey on December 14, 2019 at Madison Square Garden. Lopez picked up three more belts when he won a unanimous decision over Vasiliy Lomanchenko on October 17, 2020.

The 26 year-old Lopez became a two-division world champion with a master class performance when he won a unanimous decision over WBO Junior Welterweight title over Josh Taylor on June 10th at The Theater at Madison Square Garden. In his last bout, Lopez made the initial defense of his title with a 12-round unanimous decision over Jamaine Ortiz on February 8th in Las Vegas.

Claggett of Calgary, Alberta, Canada will be making his first attempt at a world title.

The 35 year-old has been a professional for 16 years. Claggett earned the opportunity on the strength of a current nine-fight winning streak that has consisted of wins over Sebastian Aguirre (18-3), Tony Luis (29-5), Rafael Guzman Lugo (26-2-2), former world champion Alberto Machado (23-3), Carlos Sanchez (24-1), Miguel Madueno (30-1) and his last out when he blasted out Marcos Gonzalez Baraza (23-3) in two rounds on January 25th in Montreal.

Claggett also has wins over Harrison McBain (2-0-1), Abdou Sow (3-0), Ryan Wagner (4-1), Ricky Duenas (12-1), Stuart McLellan (12-1-3), Emanuel Robles (15-0-1), Yves Ulysse Jr, (14-0), Petros Ananyan (13-0-2) and David Theroux (16-3).

Lopez is promoted by Top Rank, weighed 139.4 lbs at Friday’s weigh-in. Claggett was 139.5

In a preliminary bout, undefeated featherweight, Yan Santana will make his United States debut when he takes on Brandon Valdes in a bout scheduled for 10 rounds.

Santana of La Romana, Dominican Republic is 11-0 with all wins coming via stoppage. The 24 year-old Santana of La Romana, Republic has stopped three undefeated opponents and is coming off a fourth round stoppage over Rodolfo Hernandez Montoya on April 6th in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Valdes of Rosemead, California is 15-4 with seven knockouts. The 25 year-old Valdes is coming off a loss to former world title challenger Ruben Villa on September 15, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Santana weighed 127 lbs. Valdes was also 127 lbs.

The bout will be streamed on ESPN+ at 5:45 PM ET.

Friday night in Atlanta, two more members of the Split-T Management team will be in action.

Friday in Atlanta, two members of the Split-T Management team will be in action as Tiara Brown will take on former world champion Gabriela Bouvier in a 10-round featherweight bout.

Brown of Lehigh Acres, Florida is managed by Brian Cohen and carries an impressive mark of 16-0 with 11 knockouts.

Brown, 36, has wins over Vanessa Bradford (5-1-2), Jennifer Martinez (2-0), and is coming off a first round stoppage over Angi Romero on February 17th in Colombia.

Bouvier of Uruguay is 19-12-1 with four knockouts. The 32 year-old Bouvier won the IBF Flyweight title with a 10-round unanimous decision over Florencio Roxana Centeros. She made one defense of the crown. Bouvier had three more world title opportunities. Bouvier has won four in a row with the latest being a 10-round unanimous decision over Augustina Marisa Delen Rojas on December 9, 2023 in Uruguay.

Brown weighed in at 126 lbs. Bouvier was 125.8.

Split-T Management Signs Undefeated Featherweight Contender Tiara Brown

NEW YORK (September 4, 2023) -Split-T Management has signed undefeated featherweight contender Tiara Brown to a management contract.

Brown of Lehigh Acres, Florida has an undefeated mark of 15-0 with 10 knockouts.

Brown will be managed by Brian Cohen.

“I am very excited to sign with Split-T Management. I think Brian Cohen has done a great job with the many women boxers that he manages.. I like the feeling I get from that. I like the team, and I am glad to be a part of it. I think Split-T Management will push my career forward and get me in the position that I deserve to be in. I have not had that proper team to push me forward and I see what Split-T Management does with their women. They have had many world champions, and I see myself in that position by the end of this year or early next year,” said Brown

Brown began boxing at the age of 12 as her older cousins were amateur boxers . Brown began to try boxing as a means to stay in shape as she was a basketball player and ran track. Brown started to compete and was starting to excel in the sweet science by competing in national competitions, and boxing became a passion of Brown.

Brown went to Columbus State in Columbus, Georgia on a Cross-Country scholarship.

Tiara continued to box and she became USA National champion. Winning the 2012 world Gold medal propelled her to be the number-one fighter in the world at 125 pounds.. She was the only American to win a Gold Medal on a team that included two-time Olympic Gold Medal winner Claressa Shields, U.S. Olympian Mikaela Mayer, Christina Cruz and future undisputed world champion Franchon Crews Dezurn. The 5’7″ Brown had approximately 80 amateur fights.

Brown turned professional on September 30, 2016 with a first round stoppage over Khadija Sanders in Washington, D.C. Her undefeated resume includes wins over Vanessa Bradford (5-1-2), Jennifer Martinez (2-0) and her last fight when she defeated 42-fight veteran Lilliana Martinez on June 30th in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Fox Stops Brinson in 6!

WASHINGTON, DC–Alantez Fox scored a 6th round stoppage over Nick Brinson in a super middleweight clash that headlined a seven bout card on Saturday night at The ESA Arena in Washington, D.C.

The card was promoted by Tricky Entertainment and DCFIGHTNIGHT.

Fox got off to a good start as he landed a right hand in the opening frame that sent Brinson to the canvas. After that Fox never ceased control of the encounter as he worked very well behind his jab, and landed good power shots in every round.

By round five, Brinson looked worse for wear as he it seemed like a matter of time before Fox would be able to get the savvy veteran out of the fight. In the next round he did, as Fox landed a heavy barrage of punches that forced the corner of Brinson to get their man out of the fight at 2:46.

Fox of Forrestville, MD is now 25-1-1 with 12 knockouts. Brinson of Geneva, NY falls to 19-5-2.

Washington, DC Police Officer Tiara Brown stopped Angel Gladney in the 6th round of their scheduled ten-round junior lightweight bout.

Brown dominated the contest as he repeatedly landed flush shots. In round six, she came out and put her foot on the gas pedal, and landed hard flurry of punches and the bout was stopped 34 seconds into the contest.

Brown of Washington, DC is 8-0 with six knockouts. Gladney of South Carolina is 10-15-1.

In an exciting back and forth brawl Jordan White and Christian Esquivel stood toe to toe and fought a war that saw White pound out a six-round unanimous decision in a super featherweight bout.

The pounded away at each other with White landing more and he more significant blows. He had Esquivel in trouble several times, but the former world title challenger would either escape or land some good flush shots on White.

Both guys were cut on the forehead from an accidental headbutt. It was a terrific action fight that had the fans on the edge of their seats throughout the contest.

White, 126 lbs of Washington, DC won by scores of 59-55 and 60-54 twice, and is now 8-1. Esquivel, 129 1/2 lbs of Mexico is 30-18-1.

Patrick Harris remained undefeated via disqualification in round three over Anthony Woods of their scheduled eight-round super lightweight bout.

In round three, Woods was deducted a point for holding. Seconds later, Woods was docked again for holding. Again, it only took a few seconds for Woods to be deducted again, and the bout was stopped at

Harris, 142 lbs is 16-0. Woods, 143 lbs of Nassau, Bahamas is 10-24.

Renaldo Gaines won a four-round unanimous decision over Eduardo Melendez in a super featherweight bout.

Gaines, 130 lbs of Maryland won by scores of 40-37 and 39-37 twice to raise his mark to 10-2. Melendez, 127 1/2 lbs of Puerto Rico falls to 5-26.

George Harris kept his perfect knockout streak alive by taking out Antwaun Taylor in the 2nd round of their scheduled four-round heavyweight fight.

In round one, Harris dropped Taylor with a left hook off the ropes. Later in the round, Harris dumped Taylor again with a harder left hook. Early in round two, it was a flurry of punches that sent Taylor down for a 3rd time, and the bout was stopped at 1:08.

Harris, 214 1/4 lbs of Silver Spring, MD is 4-0 with four knockouts. Taylor, 211 1/4 lbs is 4-11.

Jonathan Conde ruined the pro debut for Taurean Venable by scoring an explosive 1st round stoppage in their scheduled four-round junior welterweight bout. Conde drooped Venable with a hard right hand. Seconds later, Conde landed another booming shot that put Venable on his back, and the bout was stopped at 1:31.

Conde, 137 1/2 lbs of Miami is 1-2 with one knockout. Venable, 142 1/4 lbs of Washington, DC is 0-1.
