Co-featured on April 19, lauded light heavyweight powerhouse Umar Dzambekov, (10-0, 7 KOs), will look to stay perfect as he kicks off his 2015 campaign against battle-tested Sonny McEwen, (11-1, 7 KOs), of Hawthorne, CA in a scheduled eight rounder. The heavy-handed Dzambekov scored a show-stopping first round knockout of Eric Robles on October 26, 2024. Victorious in his first eleven professional bouts, McEwen looks for a return to the win column following a clash with Anthony Holloway on March 30, 2024.

Fighting in a sensational six-round clash of super bantamweights with identical undefeated records, San Diego’s Adan Palma, (10-0, 6 KOs), faces off against Alfredo Castro Villafuerte, 

(10-0, 7 KOs), of Sinaloa, Mexico. Competing for the third time at Hollywood Fight Nights, Palma won a dominant six round decision over Sharone Carter on January 17, 2025. Villafuerte returns to battle following a six-round victory over Ezequiel Flores on February 23, 2024 at Chumash Casino.

Quickly becoming a Los Angeles fan favorite and heralded as a future world champion,‘Right Hook’ Roxy Verduzco, (3-0, 1 KO), will face an opponent to be announced in a women’s six round featherweight battle. The 23-year-old has shined in her first two fights in the Commerce Casino Events Center with a six round shutout decision over Colleen Davis on July 26, 2024 and a second-round knockout of Lindsey Ellis on January 17, 2024. Both exciting performances took place in front of huge gatherings of her local fans.

Undefeated super featherweight Jaybrio Pe Benito, (5-0, 4 KOs), of Honolulu, HI heads into the Hollywood Fight Nights ring against Oxnard, CA native Sebastian Gutierrez,

(6-2-1, 4 KOs). Pe Benito was victorious with second round knockouts in both of his starts in 2024; Christian Lorenzo on April 20 and Michael Land on July 26, both taking place at the Commerce Casino Events Center. The upset minded Gutierrez looks for a return to the win column following a hotly contested six-round fight against Cesar Villarraga on October 26, 2024.

Huntington Beach, CA native Tayden ‘The Butcher’ Beltran, (10-0-1, 5 KOs) will compete in a six round lightweight bout against an opponent to be announced. KING’ CALLUM WALSH SCORES FOURTH ROUND KNOCKOUT IN LOS ANGELES

Los Angeles, CA (August 27, 2023) In front of another full house at The Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, CA, ‘King’ Callum Walsh, (8-0, 7 KOs), of Cork, Ireland, THE Fastest Rising Star in Boxing, stopped battle-tested veteran Juan Jose Velasco, (24-5, 15 KOs) in the first defense of his WBC US Silver Welterweight Title on Saturday night.

Headlining the Hollywood Fight Nights event promoted by Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions and broadcast globally on UFC FIGHT PASS, the 22-year-old Walsh displayed his full arsenal leading to Velasco’s retirement at the end of the fourth round.

With his Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach looking on, the southpaw Walsh started strong in the opening stanza utilizing a multitude of combinations against the valiant Velasco. Walsh continued to outwork Velasco in the next three rounds leading to the stoppage at the end of the fourth.

Among the celebrities in attendance included UFC Superstar Jorge Masvidal, UFC Ring Announcer Bruce Buffer, Mr. Olympia Flex Lewis, actor Frank Stallone, MMA referee Mike Beltran, UFC Strawweight Contender Tabatha Ricci and actor Curran Walters.

Co-featured at Hollywood Fight Nights, light heavyweight powerhouse Umar Dzambekov, (7-0, 6 KOs), a native of Austria now fighting out of Los Angeles, CA quickly dropped David Zegarra, (35-11-1, 22 KOs), twice to quickly earn the first-round victory in their scheduled eight-rounder. Time of the stoppage was 1:59.

Fighting in a scheduled eight-rounder, welterweight Gor Yeritsyan, (16-0, 13 KOs), a native of Armenia, now fighting out of Los Angeles, CA knocked out Rogelio Jun Dolinguez,

(25-5-2, 19 KOs). Staggering Dolinguez in the opening stanza, Yeritsyan dropped the Philippines native with a left hook to the body which called a halt to the fight at the :24 mark of the second round.

In an entertaining and action-packed super featherweight fight, Arnold Alejandro, (12-1-1, 10 KOs), won an eight-round split decision over Adan Ochoa, (12-4, 5 KOs). The clash was fast-paced as both fighters battled throughout with the crowd standing and cheering. At the end of the spirited fight, scorecards were 80-72 twice for Alejandro and 77-75 for Ochoa

Top super flyweight newcomer Daniel ‘Chucky’ Barrera, (4-0-1, 3 KOs), of Riverside, CA continued to impress with a dominant performance over six rounds against veteran Gilberto Mendoza,

(19-16-4, 10 KOs), of Modesto, CA. Displaying an excellent skill set, Barrera used a piston like jab to set up combinations throughout. All three judges scored the shutout victory for 21-year-old Barrera, 60-54.

Opening the broadcast in a women’s flyweight five rounder, Gloria Munguilla, (5-0), of Los Angeles, CA stayed perfect with a hard-fought unanimous decision against Shawna Ormsby, (0-2-1), of Titusville, FL. Munguilla stayed aggressive throughout the fight as the competitive Ormsby worked hard until the end.

Following an outstanding amateur career in his native Austria where he was a nine-time champion, the 25-year-old southpaw Dzambekov has quickly impressed the Southern California boxing fans with devastating knockouts in his last two fights. On January 27, 2023, Dzambekov knocked out previously undefeated Anthony Fleming in the fourth round. He followed that up with a third-round stoppage of Nathan Davis Sharp on April 14, 2023.

“I’m excited to be featured on UFC Fight Pass again,” said Umar Dzambekov. “Now I’m in my first eight round fight against a solid opponent with a good record like Dodzi Kemeh.
